The morning of the wedding, the sound of birds chirping while sunlight entered through the curtains woke Mila up. It took her only a minute to realize that it was the next morning which meant today she was getting married which left her feeling nervous, but excited. Today was the day, the day they would stand in front of their family and friends vowing their life together. This was everything she had been waiting years for and it was finally here. Mari smiled at her youngest daughter who came down the stairs of her home in a pair of dark jean shorts and a white button up shirt. They didn't plan on wasting much time at the house due to how much had to get done before the ceremony and also the fact that they still had a two hour drive in front of them. Regardless of this, Mari wanted to make sure that her daughter felt calm and ready.

"Happy wedding day, Mija," Mari said kissing her daughter's cheek. "Do you want to eat breakfast before we leave?"

Mila shook her head placing her hand against her stomach. "I'm too nervous to eat."

Mari nodded understandingly moving towards the cupboard pulling out a tiny glass and a bottle from where it sat next to it. "You need a shot." Mila looked at her surprised and amused especially since it was only seven thirty in the morning. "It calms your nerves. Trust me."

"Okay, but only one," She agreed taking the shot glass from her mother pounding it back quickly as the back door opened across from where she stood.

"Ah yes, wedding day shots," Makail's voice said chuckling as she walked into the home with the other women behind her all of them carrying different mugs. "Those will be your best friend today."

Mila chuckled hugging her sister-in-law before moving on to hug the others that were there. All of them wore matching shirts which were one of the gifts she had given them. All button downs in the color of the dress they would wear with their names embroidered on the left chest area. Besides their dressing gowns and jewelry, Mila believed that she had taken pretty good care of her bridesmaids and matron of honor. It was only after Mari ensure that everyone had made sure to check their bags for everything they would need, that they left the home and began their journey south. During the ride to the manor, Nikki, Makail and Cata made sure to keep Mila in good spirits playing different songs that would keep her attention on singing and not on her nerves. The songs ranged from old school hip hop that reminded the Bride of the Groom or oldies which were some of Mila's favorites, especially the Beatles. Once they arrived, after many jam sessions in the car, they were greeted by Michelle who smiled widely at Mila.

"Happy wedding day, Mila. I hope you're excited," Michelle said smiling getting a nod teamed with a smile from the Bride. "I'm happy to hear that. Your hair and makeup people are already setting up in the cottage. I also put some fruit, champagne, water and wine in there for you and your beautiful wedding party."

"Thank you," Mila smiled following her to the cottage holding up her garment bag that held her gown and veil. When they got inside, Michelle took it from her bringing it to a rack nearby. Everyone watched as the woman unzipped and took the gown out hanging it up on the higher portion of the rack. Mila couldn't help but smile at the name that was engraved into her hanger. 'Mrs. Shinoda', it was one of the gifts that her wedding party had given her for today and she loved it completely. One by one, Michelle did the same to the bridesmaids dresses making sure no steaming had to be done to any of the dresses before making sure to let them know to call her if they needed anything.

"Hi Mila," Sandi greeted the bride showing her the seat she should sit in. "Do you need anything before we get started?"

Without waiting for a response, Jecca handed Mila a bowl of fruit and some water. "You need to eat something. Don't worry, I made sure they were your favorites."
