Chapter Twenty Four: Wolf's Out Of The Bag

Third person pov

𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟖𝐭𝐡, 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟔

Emma was in the kitchen making herself some cereal. She picked rice crispy and smiled when she head the little pops. Charlie walked into the room and smiled seeing his daughter.

" Morning, didn't expect you up so early."

" Yeah, well I didn't sleep much last night."

" Nightmare." Charlie asked stopping what he was doing and turning around to her, but she shook her head putting the milk back in the fridge.

" No, I just couldn't sleep, so I watched some tv."

" Okay, well. I'm heading to the station. Do not leave the house."

" Like at all ?" Emma asked turning around and eating her cereal." Cause I wanted to hang out with Clarie and Bella. You know, she's been cooped up in her room ever since the whole Jacob thing. I was thinking she would need some fresh air."

" Fine, you can go, but no woods. Understood."

" Yeah, be careful please."

" Always am." Charlie said making Emma smile while she ate her cereal. The sound of someone coming down the stairs made her look up again seeing it was Bella.

" Morning, I was thinking we go out today-"

" Where's the keys ?" Bella asked causing Emma to look up to her a bit oddly.

" Why ?"

" I'm going to Jake's."

" Bella, don't." Emma said and abandoned her cereal to follow her around the room seeing she was way too determined to find the keys." Bella, he told us to stay away so maybe we should just stay away."

" No ! I miss him, Em. He deserves to tell me face first why he's been ditching me. Mono doesn't last weeks." Bella said finding the keys.

Emma ran upstairs and in a flash changed her pajama pants for a pair of jeans. She grabbed a cardigan quickly running down the stairs to see Bella already gone.

" Shit !" Emma said grabbing her boots and putting them on quickly before running outside. She placed her cardigan on over her pajama shirt and looked around before her eyes landed on the bikes she did with Jacob and Bella." Boo ya."

Emma was riding the bike fast all the way to Jacob's house with her mind worried about her sister. She knew Jacob was only protecting her and to protect her, he might have to break her heart right then and there. Emma deserved to be there. Plus, the way Bella was acting, she might do something stupid. Emma got to the house seeing Billy had just open the door for her sister.

" Bella !" Emma yelled which distracted Billy, so Bella took her chance and went inside the house. Emma took off in a run also passing Billy to see Bella looking at a sleeping Jacob." Bella. Come on, you're not suppose to be here."

" Emma-" Bella said, but they heard the sound of someone howling. When they turned their heads, they saw Jacob's boys coming towards the house. Bella turned on her heels walking outside.

" Bella ! Bella, stop !"

" What did you do ? Okay, what did you do ? Hey ! What did you do to him ?"

" Bella, enough !" Emma said grabbing her sister and standing between her and Sam." We need to go home."

" He didn't want this !"

" What did we do ? What did he do ? What did he tell you ?

" Both of you calm."
