𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟒𝐭𝐡, 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟕" Don't worry. Alice has everything pretty much under control. She would do anything for Emma."I heard Esme saying from the dining room where she was sitting with Renee laughing and savoring some tea.
I twisted my head glimpsing my Fiance's mother laugh along side my mother with piles and piles of papers in front of them going over some bills and last minute preparations.
Only eight days away, I repeated in my head wandering towards the library. Only two more day until Emma and I would be married. Finally. Two years of comprehending each other and everyone thinking we're insane, but it never mattered to Emma. She was prepared to marry me. If it was possible, I think she would of sped up time just to be where we are now. Two days away. I looked down at my watch noticing she should be on the road by now heading home from her college class.
After today, she was moving to online classes since our honeymoon was going to be for three months and she wouldn't be able to attend actual classes. Another sacrifice. She always was heaving sacrifices for me and I was beginning to loathe that I could never do the equivalent for her. I sauntered to the edge of the library seeing down below, Alice had the boys and Rosalie begin sketching out where chairs were going to go and hang some decoration.
Alice prevailed in the middle, a pen in her hand scribbling notes into her notebook she had been using for wedding preparations. I asked her once, what she wrote down, and she almost bit my head off never wanting me to look, touch, or even reckon of what could be inside. It was one of Alice's deep rule. She wanted everyone to be astonished including Emma herself. Last year in July, Alice sat Emma down and asked her about every little element Emma wanted in a wedding.
With those circumstances, Alice planned the perfect wedding letting Emma pick particular decorations, but everything else Emma could not. Even Esme and Renee knew little to no detail on how the wedding will look, but Alice did tell them one thing. Wear Dusty Blue. It was Emma's favorite color, so the fairest I could think of was that the wedding color theme would be Dusty Blue for Emma. I heard Renee squealing from the other room and knew she had found out another detail for the wedding.
Renee was beyond ecstatic for the wedding. Her first comment once Emma and I went to tell her in Florida we were in engage was I never thought you would get married ! Normal people would of been offended by the comment, but Emma simply agree. She wasn't the kind of girl to fall in love and get married, but she told her mother it had all changed when she met me. Overall, I just believe Renee was a pleasing women that simply was delighted in whatever her daughters did, because she was the same way when Jacob and Bella had announced they were having a baby.
Charlie, on the other hand, had been a little more hostile in the acceptance of one daughter getting married and the other daughter being pregnant. I still remember a year ago, how uneasy Emma was. It was the first time I think I ever saw Emma so disturbed.
Last year
Emma and I sat on the couch in her living room waiting for Charlie to get back from work. Emma was leaping out of her skin and her right leg bounced up in down troubled about what could happen. It was moments like this I wish I could read her mind in order to help her settle down. Her heart was pounding with anxiety, and I had tried to comforting her, holding her hand and turning the tv on, but she leaped off of the couch beginning to pace the room.
" I think I'm going to be sick." She admitted taking deep breaths." And this room keeps getting hotter."
" Emma, you're notifying your father you're getting married. Plus, he should see it coming since I consulted him for permission a month ago."
