Chapter Thirty Eight: Sprain Hand Drama

" Gosh, it's so pretty here. Almost unreal." Emma said walking down the pier with Bella and Jacob. While the Cullen's hunted yet again, Bella and Emma went with Jacob. He took them to a near by lake that had the beautiful sight of mountains and the lake reflecting it.

Bella nodded her head before turning to her boyfriend." So, Alice is planning a big graduation party, which you're invited to. Please come."

" I don't know-"

" Come on, Jacob. It's a party and they invited you. Are party too ?" Emma said turning to Jacob next to her with pleading eyes. He didn't smile, but he only nodded his head. Emma frowned finding this to be odd, but Bella's voice came into the picture.

" She has a point. The Cullen's don't mind."

" Guys, I really don't know."

" Jacob-"

" Ah !" They heard and turned to see Bella on the ground holding her knee. Jacob was by her side in a second seeing Bella had tripped and cut her knee which was gushing blood. She winced before looking to the both of them." I should get the first aid kit in the car."

" Be thankful Jacob carries one."

" Trust me I will" Bella said slightly limping to the car. Emma looked at Jacob a bit confused seeing he was still next to her and not going with Bella.

" Your not going with her ?"

" Neither are you."

" She's your girlfriend."

" Your her sister, but never mind I forgot you didn't care about her or anyone, but yourself." Jacob said moving more up the pier. Emma turned around in the flash with her hair whipping around and walked up to him glaring.

" Excuse me ? Wanna elaborate on that ?"

" I just wanted to do this differently. Smoother, but I feel like I'm out of time when it comes to you and what you want."

" What are you talking about ?"

" You need to hear the truth, Emma. Bella won't tell you in your face, but I will. Your choice is killing her. It's also killing me. We don't want to lose you forever. Your my best friend and her sister. Understand all your options before you made the final one, Em."

" I have. I love Edward. I thought you understood that ?"

" I did, but after hearing Bella's side... Emma you can't be one of them. It's unnatural."

" Jake, stop. You nor Billy can change my mind. It's final. Plus, it's not like I'm changing right now or next week. I have time. We have time. I have time with my family and with everyone."

" But you will some day and your going to leave Charlie, Renee, Bella, and me. Your willing to drop all of us for a blood sucker." Jacob said and Emma was ready to snap on him when he said more." That's how I feel and I know you hate it. I just hate seeing the pain Bella is in every time she fears she will never see you again. You're rushing into it because you're afraid you'll change your mind."

" Your wrong. I'm not scared of anything. I know what I want. Bella knows what I want. It's just you that can't go with it. You would do anything to be with Bella right ?"

" Yes."

" That's how I am with Edward. Accept it. It's a tough call, but you just have to accept it. It'll be like I never changed. I'll still be me, I promise."

" No, you'll be a blood sucker."

" Jacob-"

" Fine, but when you get near Bella and kill her, I hope it haunts your mind since you want to live forever." Jacob snapped and that caused Emma to push to the edge. She punched Jacob right in the face, but it did nothing, but harmed her. She yelled loudly which caused Bella to forget her injuries and run over.

" Emma ?!"

Jacob gasped." Emma ! Emma, I'm so sorry !"

" Get away from me you asshole !" She yelled before falling to her knees and holding her hand with little tears coming from her eyes.

" Emma-"

" I said get away dick !"

" What happened !" Bella yelled seeing Emma on the floor. The injured girl got up and glared over to her best friend.

" Your asshole of a boyfriend !"

" Jacob, what did you do ?"

" Emma-"

" Stay the hell away from me wolf dick ! I never want to see you ever again !" Emma yelled before going to the car. Bella looked shocked at Jacob before quickly going with her sister. Jacob drove both girls home and Emma winced in pain over her hand. She was going to go home and tell Charlie she got home and hopefully go to the hospital. She got out the car, but gasped when she saw how quickly Edward had gotten there." Edward-"

" What did you do to her-" Edward said slamming Jacob against the car. Emma ran over ignoring the pain in her wrist and touched his arm.

" Edward. Don't do this, please-"

" She's not sure what she wants. You're forcing her !"

" Jacob stop. Now !" Bella said also trying to push her own boyfriend away, but like Edward he would not budge. Jacob snatched his arm away still glaring at Edward." Don't do this here."

" This doesn't change what you said to her !"

" It was the truth bloodsucker !"

" Jacob. Shut the fuck up and just go, okay !" Emma yelled when Charlie came outside seeing the four.

" Hey, hey, hey, hey..." Charlie yelled coming down the stairs and separating the two. Emma could tell how pissed Edward was and held his arm with her good hand seeing it brought his tension down a bit." Easy guys, easy. Let's take it down a notch. Alright ? What's going on ?"

" Emma and I had a argument." Jacob said which shocked Charlie a bit. He knew how close Emma and Jacob were to have something like this happen." And she broke her hand...Punching my face. Total misunderstanding."

" Charlie, may I take Emma to my father to check her ?" Edward asked not baring to even look at her father while glaring at Jacob.

" Sure."

" And Dad, can I drive Jacob home and speak to him alone." Bella asked and by her face everyone looking at her could see how angry she was. Jacob seemed to swallow hard hoping Charlie would say no, but it was no luck.

" Sure, don't be out too late." Charlie said and with that being said, Bella turned on her heels getting into her truck and slamming the door hard. Jacob took a deep breath before leaving with Bella. Edward lightly placed his hand behind Emma's back and helped her into the car before getting in himself. The minute Charlie was out of view, Edward hit the gas and curled his fingers on the stirring wheel.

" Edward-"

" Just...let me be Emma."
