Simon's POV
"Why does editing have to be so time consuming?" I mutter to myself.
All of us, the sidemen, are in a group chat. "Well i mean, you can pay someone to edit it for you?" Ethan suggests.
I glare at him in my face cam and just continue editing. "Maybe you'll find your soulllmaaateeee" JJ teases. All the boys laugh at me and i just sigh.
At this point, i should of found my soulmate.
It was a known fact that you find your soulmate by age 18, and I'm already 25. All the others have found their soulmate, but me.
"Shut up. I'll find mine sooner or later." I mumble at them sourly. "Awwwh is little Simon saaaadddd?" Josh says, laughing a bit.
"Ugh. No. Screw you guys" I sigh, laughing with them lightly.
"Well anyway, I'm bringing one of my Pack friends over for the weekend. Please be civil, more then what happened with Preston." Vikk says, glaring at JJ.
"Hey in my defense, he's short and easy to pick on." JJ said, putting his hands up. "And you're annoying and a pain in the ass" Vikk sighs, sticking up for his boyfriend.
"This is when I'm glad Cal, Tobi, Ethan and I don't live with you guys." Harry chuckles
"You and me both" Vikk sighs, playing around with his camera. The four boys scoffed in obvious offense.
"I'm gonna add him to the call okay guys?" Vikk continued. "Yeah sure. Whats his name?" Josh questioned.
"Lachlan. He's an Aussie and i think you'll like him." Vikk said, glancing at me. I roll my eyes and continue to edit my video, which needs to be uploaded in a few hours.
My computer dings, signaling someone is in the call, obviously Lachlan. "Heyo Little Lachy." Vikk sings.
"Hellllo" A sweet Aussie accent said. Holy shit, his accent is breath taking.
"So these are my friends. Josh, Ethan, JJ, Harry, Tobi and Simon." He said, all of us waving at our names. "Hello hello" He laughed.
For the first time, i looked up at the call, at the boys cameras. His face was perfect.
Soft pale skin, beautiful blue crystal eyes and that accent. Vikk was right, I did like him.
"Sooo who are the ones who live with you Vikky? Isn't it Simon, Josh and JJ?" He asks. "Why yes sir it is" Josh laughs, scratching his beard.
"That was very dad like" I mumbled, chuckling. "rUDE" JJ yelled. It went silent for a few seconds until Harry spoke up.
"Wait Lachlan you look like you're on a plane, are you already on your way???" He questioned.
"Yes sir i am. Comin' to see Vikk and you guys." He smiled, glancing around at what i presume to be other people.
We all chuckled a bit. I zone off, staring at my video needing to be edited.
"Yo Si, you good?" Tobi asked. "Shit yeah. Just so tired. This video has to be up in 9 hours and I'm about to pass out." I mumble, trying to continue.
"Send it over to me Simon, I mean, i have-what- 8 more hours to spare? I'll edit it for you" Lachlan offered. "I don't know its just-" I sigh, before being interrupted.
"Simon, he has nothing to do. Let him." Vikk said in a stern voice, but with a slight smirk. "Okay. I'll just email it to you." I sigh followed by a big yawn.
He sent me his email on twitter and i emailed him the whole file and everything he needed. "Thank you by the way." I mumble, covering my mouth from a yawn.
"Yep." Lachlan said. "Sleep time Simon." Josh said laughing. "Mhm fine dad." I mumble.
"Oh no no that's shut down now." Harry said, covering his ears. "Goodnigh-" i mumble, falling into a sleep at my desk.
Lachlan's POV
"He's gonna regret that when he wakes up" JJ laughs. "Nah mate someone go help him" I say, frowning at the sleepy body just in view of the camera.
"I'll wake him up soon so he can sleep again but in his bed" Vikk sighed, running his hands through his hair.
Over the intercom, i hear them announcing that its another 7 hours to go until they land. "I might as well go and finish up Simon's video." I say.
"Okay bye bye Lach. See ya soon" Vikk said, followed by a collection of goodbyes from the other boys.
I click off Skype, slipping deeper into my sleep. I play some music in my ears and start to edit.
-Time Skip-
Finally I'm at their house. Its a pretty decently sized house and has quite a few rooms.
I was shown my guest room and where i will be staying for the month long visit. Weirdly enough, Simon was still sleeping and none of us wanted to wake him up, he kicks.
We all order pizza, weirdly enough we somehow decided on two types of pizza. Once we finished eating, everyone went to their own places, probably mostly to edit or record.
I was tired out of my mind and jet leg was really kicking my ass. I really need to get some rest.
Simon's POV
I see Lachlan almost passing out on the couch in the living room. "Lachlan?" I mumble out.
I wonder when he got here. "Uh what oh- Hi Simon" He mumbles jumping up.
"Hey hey its okay. Seems like you're a bit jet legged" I laugh, sitting next to him. "Yeah i suppose i am" He sighs, fixing up his already perfect hair.
"Thank you by the way" I mumble to him. "For what Si? Not waking you? Trust me, i don't wanna get kicked in the nuts today" He chuckled.
"No no not tha- wait who told you i kick?!" I scoff "But no, for editing my video. I really apprentice it." I smiles at him.
"Oh it was no big deal. I like editing stuff. I hope it was up to your standards." He smiles. "No Lach, it was way above honestly. You did amazing. Thank you" I smile again at him.
"It was really no bi-" "Lachlan i said thank you." I say, putting a hand on his knee.
He looks down at his knee and back up at me, at my lips and eyes. 'Uh- Y-yeah um" He stutters madly, blushing very brightly.
"Tsk tsk Lachy. Don't get all flustered." I smirk at him. He looks into my eyes, glancing at my lips a few times.
"L-Lachlan. What are you doing?" I mumble to him. "This" He said, love in his eyes.
He leans in and kisses my lips so softly. It felt right. Like two pieces of a puzzle fit together. He's the one.
Same reason why years later, i walk down the aisle to marry the love of my life.
