Vikk's POV
Lachlan calmly asks for the boys attention. I tense up, scared as to whats to come.
"So uh, as you know, I called all of you down here. But no one knows why." He starts. I know why I thought, frowning. "I'd like you all to remember i love you, as does Vikk." He says, gazing over to me. I smile and nod, nervous as ever.
"I -we- need to tell you all something important." I say, shaking slightly. "I'm gay." Lachlan smiles. "As am I." I smile as well. Lachlan reaches for my hand, which i gladly let him.
"And we've been dating for 3 months now." I say, shifting closer. Many faces drop, more than i would of liked. "I'm happy for you two!" Josh exclaims, smiling. 1 good, 9 to go. "Agreed!" Says Jerome, Rob and Tobi. I was slightly relieved.
"I'm fine with it, good for you two!" Harry and Ethan both nod. I smile thankfully at the two.
"Fuckin' gays" Mitch spat, glaring at us. "W-what do you mean?" I ask, taken back. "Stupid gay boys. That's not normal." He says, anger lacing his words. I grip Lachlan's hand a bit tighter, scared. "You can leave Mitch." Lachlan says calmly. He grunts and grabs his stuff, leaving. "Bye you gay freaks!" He calls, laughing.
"I can't say this is okay, because it's not. But you are my friends no matter what." Preston says sadly. I nod, knowing that he doesn't hate our guts just yet. "Thank you Preston." Lachlan smiles. He nods. Everyone but JJ, Simon and Josh has left.
"Fagots." He mutters anger in his voice. "That's not a good word, JJ." I say, quietly. "What? I'm just using words not actions." He spat smirking. "If you don't except us then yo-" Lachlan starts, getting cut off. "Nah fuck you two. You though I'd be loving and caring for who i though were my friends, normal friends. You guys can fucking die." He mutters, standing up.
I was truly scared. When JJ gets mad, he gets mad. He will throw anyone out of his way if they get in his way. "I-I'm sorry you feel that way." I mumble looking down. "Damn right i feel this way. I'm not friends with queers." He says, getting up and leaving.
Tears slightly fill my eyes as my gaze fell upon Simon, my heart just shattered. He look angry, maybe sad. "I'm disappointed." He mumbles sadly. "Simon?" I mewl out. He was one of the closest member of the sidemen to me. It had really hurt to know that he didn't like this.
"I don't want to be near you anymore Vikk. Have a good life." He mutters, halfheartedly mumbling a sorry. He got up, grabbing his coat and slipping on his shoes, running out the door. Josh looked towards the open front door, frowning. I knew he had a thing for Simon, that must of broken his heart.
"I'm gonna go find him. " Josh mutters, quickly slipping on his shoes and bolting out the door. The house was silent, not a word being exchanged between us.
"Vikk..." Lachlan's starts, knowing that i was hurt. I snuggle into his chest, full out crying. He comforts me as well as he can. He pulls me tight against his chest, making sure i felt safe.
"It's gonna be okay Vikk. I got you Shh. I got you love. I got you." He whispers, rubbing my back in hopes to calm me down. My crying turned into loud sobs as i played back the moment of Simon leaving.
"Vikk, look at me." He says, pulling me away from his chest. My eyes are blurry from all the tears, my throat slightly sore and nose runny. "Don't worry about them. We have the others who love us. We have each other, and that's all that matters." He whispers, wiping away my tears. I nod slowly, returning to my place on his chest.
"Let's get to bed Vikky." He says, pulling me off of him. He lifts me to my feet, i sadly drag then across the floor, grasping onto his hand. He walks with me, although how slowly I'm going. We make our way up the stairs and into our bedroom.
I lay down on our bed, crawling under the covers. Lachlan closes the curtains and locks our door. He climbs in beside me, wrapping his arms around me. Tears still dampen my cheek, eyes stinging slightly.
"I love you Vikk. Have a good sleep." He whispers, kissing my forehead. "love you too." I mumble, drifting off into a deep sleep. I don't know what I'd do without this guy.
