CHEERS TO TBNRvamp FOR THINKING OF THIS IDEA!

-Few Weeks Later-

Simon's POV

They say that if you haven't met your soulmate by the age of 19 then you have a problem.

You see, Vikk is 19 as well, turning 20 tomorrow.

He still hasn't found his soulmate and his parents and friends are getting slightly worried.

I sigh, making a coffee for a customer.

The boy i grew so fond of walks through the door with a soft blue shirt and a pair of black jeans on.

I hand the coffee to the older woman that was at the counter.

Vikk walks up to me and i just look away.

"Simon. Would you please talk to me?" He sighs. I face towards him.

"I'm sorry. I don't know why i couldn't see anything. I'm almost 20 and i think there's something wrong." He says.

"I'll take you to the doctors tonight." I mumble.

"Alright. Thank you Si. Can i have coffee though?" He laughs.

I can't help but smile and nod at the small boy. Somehow he always makes me smile.

"I'm getting off in a few. I'll make coffees for us and I'll come and sit down with you." I say, starting on our coffees.

He nods and sits down in a booth by the window.

It wasn't that nice out today. It was pretty rainy and not that pretty.

I've grown to know this boy, knowing that he loves the rain.

He stares out the window and i get so distracted by the way his creamy brown eyes just light up.

My coffee was finished so i started to make his.

Once I finished the two steamy coffees, i put my apron onto the hook behind the counter and walk over to him.

His gaze meets mine, taking his coffee and thanking me.

"So?" I ask, taking a small sip as my coffee was still pretty hot.

"Now that you can see colours...What's your favourite?" He asks absentmindedly.

I smile softly to myself, knowing my answer.

"If you ever get to see colour. Look in the mirror and then that question will be answered" I respond, gazing into his soft brown eyes as he looked down at his coffee.

He wouldn't know that i was talking about his stunning brown eyes.

He hums softly and takes a sip.

We sit awhile in silence as we finish our coffees.

"I think we should get going to the doctors" I say, checking the time.

He nods slightly and gets up, throwing out his coffee cup as do I.

We step out the door, trying to avoid the rain.

"1. 2. 3." I count. "RUN!" I laugh, running through the rain, pulling along a distracted Vikk.

"Vikk. Com'on!" I say, trying to pull him. "But the rain is beautiful!" He smiles, looking up.

So are you was all I could think.

"We gotta get to the doctors." I sigh, tugging at his sleeve.

He redundantly follows me to my car and hops in.

We are totally soaked but that didn't matter much.

I turned on the heat, hoping it would dry us down a little.

I drove Vikk down to the doctors as all he did was stare out the window and hum a song.

"Whatcha singin' there?" I ask. He glances over at me.

"I shot for the sky. I'm stuck on the ground. Why do i try? I know I'm gonna fall down" He sings softly.

"Wow. Beautiful song. What's it called?" I asked, slightly shocked at how well he can sing.

"Down by Jason Walker." He smiles, taping along to what i assume is the beat of that song.

We finally make it to the doctors, walking through the door together.

We check in and then sit down, Vikk nervously biting his lip.

"You'll be fine." I smile, pulling his lip out from in between his lips.

He blushes, cheeks coming to a soft red.

He was adorable to say the least, from the way his soft black hair swoops across his face to the way he smiles so brightly when talking about things he loves.

I have fallen hard for this cutie, sadly, I'm not sure he feels the same.

The nurse calls his name and he stands up, giving me a thumbs up.

I smile and wait here for the boy.

-Skip till he's done-

Vikk comes out with a slight bounce in his step.

"So?" I smile, getting up. We run out to my car due to it still heavily pouring rain outside.

"Turns out, I couldn't see any colours." He states.

"No duh. Why couldn't you?" I ask, pushing his arm after buckling my seat belt.

"I'm actually colour blind." He giggles.

"Wait so you'll never ever see colours?" I ask, shocked.

"The doctor told me that I've already received my soulmates touch, so I'll be getting glasses so that I can see colours." He explains.

I smile, hoping that I'm his soulmate.

"Who's your soulmate?" I ask, biting my lip in anticipation. He smiles.

"Hmm. Do you know that cute girl in the back room?" He says.

I look down and frown.

"I'm kidding. Soulmates, they both see colour. No matter what. It's you." He says, chuckling slightly.

I look up and smile. "Epic. So, want me to drop you off?" I ask, hopping into the car.

He nods and smiles."Alright." I say, starting up the car and driving off.

I make it to his house with some help for directions as I have only ever once been there.

I step out of the car as now it has stopped raining a lot, only little drops every so often.

I walk Vikk up to his door, making it like a cliche movie clip.

"I'm glad you'll be able to see colours. But i want you to do something before you put them on." I start.

"What is it?" He asks.

"Go to a mirror. Look at your face. Then you'll finally know my favourite colour." I smile.

He nods and hugs me. I hug back, pulling away ever so slightly so i can kiss his forehead.

"See ya later shortie." I smirk, ruffling his hair.

"Fine, blondie." He mocks. I stick out my tongue and laugh.

"Bye." I say, walking back to my car. "Bye!" He yells as i drive away.

I can't wait till he finally can see colour.

Especially his beautiful brown eyes.
