Loki X Reader: Panic Attack (One-Shot!)

You were getting ready to get in the shower as you listened to Loki shout from the living room of your apartment. You sighed and took off your pants placing them on the bed, he stormed into the bedroom and grabbed you by your arm pinning you against the wall. 

You could feel your heart begin to pace as Loki's voice got louder and louder, you pushed Loki away and ran into the bathroom and slammed the door behind you. You quickly resumed getting undressed and got into the shower, you sat down and pulled your knees to your chest beginning to sob uncontrollably. 

"I have duties to attend! I can't just aimlessly roam around like you mortals do! I am the king of Asgard!" Loki shouted angrily. 

You sighed sadly, trying your best to ignore Loki's loud, bombarding voice, but it was no use. 

"I'm a God! You dull...", Loki paused hearing your sobs from the shower, "Darling?" He asked, slowly peering into the bathroom. 

Loki took a deep breath and closed the door behind him, "I didn't mean to raise my voice, nor did I intend to leave you for this long... But I have to go back to Asgard and I will be their king" Loki smirked. 

"I-Is ruling Asgard m-more i-important... Than me...?" You asked, in between gasps for air. 

Loki remained silent and sighed, taking off his shirt, he knelt in front of the bathtub and opened the shower curtain ever so slightly. 

You quickly closed the curtain not wanting him to see your beat red eyes, clouded with tears. 

"J-Just leave me alone... Y-Your k-kingdom is more important to you anyways!" You cried. 

"There is nothing more important to me than you, my love" Loki sighed. 

"Then why did you get into so much trouble?! You ended up in prison! Then you ended up dead... Then months later you come back..." You sobbed, "Please don't leave me again..." You muttered softly. 

Loki stripped himself of the rest of his clothes and got into the shower, he pulled you to your feet and wrapped his strong arms around you. 

You slowly wrapped your arms around him, gently resting your forehead on his shoulder. 

He kissed your head before beginning to soothingly stroke your hair, "I promise to never leave you again, for as long as I live" Loki whispered. 

"Y-You're lying..." You stuttered, you slowly pulled away from Loki and turned away beginning to sob uncontrollably. 

Loki gently turned you around and cupped your cheeks, "You're more important to me then ruling some damn kingdom" He said sternly. 

"You're lying... You're lying..." You mumbled, over and over again, shaking your head in disbelief. 

"You left me for so long, there is nothing stopping you from leaving again..." You cried, you hugged him tightly, sobbing into his shoulder.
