THIRTEEN

Sammy's POV

"Baby get up" reggie removed the covers. "I don't want to" I groan and hug my pillow. "We have to go to court for archie now get your ass up" he points at me.

"Fine" I roll my eyes and head to the bath room to brush my teeth. "Can I wear your hoodie?" I shout from the restroom. "Yea it's on your bed" he replied. I finish brushing my teeth and go back to my room. I looked on my bed and saw reggie had laid my clothes out for me.

His royal blue hoodie with one of my muscle shirts to wear under with torn black Jean's and my black Van's.

He even knows my style.

"You didn't have to lay my clothes out for me" I cross my arms. "Get used to it" he winks at me and starts to change in front of me.

He took off his shirt with exposed his abs and chest.

God, he's so hot.

"Like what you see?" He smriks, noticing I was staring.

"Do you like what you see?" I take off my shorts, leaving myself in my panties.

His jaw drops and he just stares at me. I quickly grab my Jean's and put them on, along with my shirt.

"You're such a tease" he clenches his jaw. "Don't worry you'll get what you want eventually" I shrug and continue getting ready.

We stopped at McDonalds to get some breakfast and headed to the court house.

Its hotter than hell in here but I can't take off the hoodie all I have is a muscle shirt under.

"All rise" everyone stands up and the judge enters the room. "Bad memories, huh?" theo nudges my arm. "Definitely" I whisper.

We all sit down and wait to be called up one by one.

Betty, Jughead, Veronica, Kevin, Reggie,and most of Archie's friends went up except for me and the twins. We were gonna be last.

"I'd like to call up samantha santiago to the stand" ms. Wright looks at the list of names and calls mine. "Its gonna be okay. I'm right here. Just be honest" reggie whispers to me before I get up. I nod and go to the stand.

Narrators POV

"Ms. Santiago when did you meet mr. Andrews?" Ms. Wright asked sammy once she sat down. "I met him on my first day at riverdale high" sammy tells her. "Did you suspect anything weird about him?" She asked. "Like that he killed someone?" Sammy said with no expression. "Exactly, so did you?" She asked again.

"He's a goodie goodie so no"

"But are you a goodie goodie?"

"Excuse me?" Sammy said. "You're a serpent correct?" Ms. Wright said. "And isn't your family one of the most dangerous families in riverdale?" She added. "I don't know, keep talking to me like that and we'll find out" sammy said with sass. Her cousins laughed and reggie shook his head at her.

"I'm being serious ms. Santiago, your family has done many things to get their way"

"Like what?"

"Murder,sex,money you name it"

"Whatever" sammy looks down.

"Wait a minute..." ms. Wright said.

"Did mr. Andrews pay you with sex so you can say that he's innocent?" Ms. Wright questioned sammy who look surprised. "First of all he has a girlfriend and second of all he's just a friend and will always be a friend" sammy shrugs.
