[Three week time skip]

"I don't know stone wall?" I hear Kevin say from the other side of the door. "Close enough" I open the peep hole and say. I open the door for him and josie and let them in.

"Woah"

"Oh my God"

"Nice huh?" I lean against the counter right when we walk in. "Super nice" reggie adds. Veronica introduced the speakeasy to Kevin and josie and they were blown away.

"I've hired some serpents that worked at the whyte worm to serve drinks,mocktails only! Rabidly is not in the business of minors" Veronica says. "Not yet" reggie tells her.

Veronica just asked Josie to sing and to be honest, I don't know how she sings so I'm excited to see. And Kevin too I guess.

The phone rings.

"Hey pop what's up?" Reggie answers it. He gives me this look to let me know its not good.

"Penny Peabody" me and Veronica go up to her. "What the hell do you want?" I spat at her.

She tells us she wants to make a deal. For us to have 'protection'.

Dumb ass bitch.

"Thanks for the help, baby" reggie tells me as he puts down some boxes that looked heavy. "It was my pleasure" I sit back on the chair. "You look hot you know that right?" I bite my lip at the sight of him shirt less. "Like I'd fuck you right now" I go up to him and run my finger on his abs.

"Not now later" he winks at me when Veronica comes into the room.

Even though I've seen him without anything on before.

Yeah we already has sex already and we've only been together for one month. It's not bad though.

"These were up stairs" reggie tells her.

She thanks and opens the box she took and her face drops. She takes out a bag of the jj.

"What the hell" I jump of my chair. "Dude, this is a serious stash of jingle jangle" reggie takes some from the box. "Yeah but it's not mine" Veronica says. "Me neither" I look at reggie.

The phone rings and I almost piss my pants.

"Hey pop" veronica answers. "The sheriff is up stairs?" She says. "We've been set up" I whisper. "Tell him I'll be right up" Veronica hangs up and tells us that she'll stall while we get rid of it. "I can't get caught with this stuff my mom will kill me" reggie tells me as he figures out where to hide the jj.

"What are we gonna do?" I say.

"Um I have an idea"

The sheriff comes down with veronica. Me and reggie pretend to be doing something. I pretend that I'm on my phone and reggie pretends to be looking at the shelves or whatever.

"What's up, sheriff" reggie says. "Hey" I give the sheriff a fake smile. "Looking for something in particular?" I say taking my attention away from my phone.

"Anything ILLEGAL" the sheriff says. "I'm looking for donations" he sighs. "Donations?" I whisper to reggie but he tells me to hush and keep quiet.

The sheriff says that we need to donate and that he'll be back to collect the money Veronica has offered.

Reggie salutes the sheriff as he leaves and I laugh once I hear the door close.

"And this is why we can't go anywhere around that dick" I say. "How much do you bet that those drugs were planned?" Veronica says.
