FOURTEEN

Sammy's POV

"You'll look so good in those new kicks" reggie tells archie. "Thanks you guys" archie peeks at the shoes and moves them off to the side. And I know why.

He had nice shoes before he came and got them tooken away from other prisoners. And probably the goulies. I didn't tell reggie and Veronica anything because they felt so proud for what they were doing and I didn't wanna rain on their parade.

"Are they treating you well?" I ask him. He hesitated to nod but he did anyways.

"You're lying" I tell him. "No I'm not" he replies back. "Sam he-" reggie trys to cut me off but I give him a glare. "Just tell me if they're treating you badly and I'll get some friends I know here to handle them" I tell him. "No everything is fine" he makes eye contact with me. I roll my eyes and look down at my wrist.

Veronica and reggie continued talking to archie for a while until he went back to his cell.

We left the building and got into reggie's car. I sat in the front and Veronica sat in the back.

"You have to lose the attitude, sammy" Veronica tells me. "You're the one to talk" I slouch in the chair. "Sam be nice" reggie tells me. I ignore him and look out the window.

Little do they know what hiram has been making me do for the past couple of days. My day off is Halloween and it's taking forever.

"Are you on your period?" Reggie asks me. I ignore him again.

"How about I buy you a milkshake from pop's huh?"

"Fine but-"

"No buts, just shut your pretty ass up and listen to the radio"

"Fine"

"Are you mad at Veronica or something?" Reggie sips his water.

Just her dad but not her.

"No it's just things haven't been so great with my family" I shrug. "Wanna talk about it?" He puts his hand on top of mine. "Yes please" I nod. "Okay so what's been going on in the Santiago family?" He wiggles his eyebrows and I laugh.

"I just miss my brother and sister. They've been super busy lately and I hate it" I sigh.

"What do they do?"

"My sister owns a boutique and my brother has a motorcycle shop back in San Diego"

"That sounds badass" he smiles. "It is, my brother has this maroon Harley and its beautiful reggie, like super beautiful" I smile. "I'd like to see it some time" he slightly grins. "Reggie I'm gonna be honest with you..." I tell him.

"I care about your dumb ass a lot"

He laughs and I smile.

"Me too sam, me too"

I lean over the table and kiss him. His lips were so soft and it felt so right. I loved kissing him.

"Your lips taste like chocolate" he licks his lips. "You're such a dork" I laugh.

Friday

"Sammy!" I hear someone yell my name. I turn around and see jughead followed by some serpents. "Yes sir?" I close my locker. "Where were you yesterday? You missed the serpent meeting!" He tells me. Before I could speak I feel someone hug me from behind and I know its reggie.

"I was doing stuff" I shrug. "What stuff?" He looks at reggie then at me. "I'm stuff" reggie chuckles. "Are you really going to let this mutt ruin your reputation?" Fangs asks me.
