JIMIN'S POV

"I'm worried about Taehyung..." Hoseok hyung said as he slipped on his face mask and climbed into bed.

"I am too. I've been telling him to stop going through his ex's social media accounts, but he won't listen." I ran a hand through my hair in frustration. How can I help Taehyung move on from Reese? What should I do?

"Jimin-ah, don't tell anyone, but I kind of overheard him and Namjoon talking about the prank the other day. Taehyung was so worried about it, and Namjoon just said something like, 'Not everyone is like her.' Do you think Namjoon was talking about Reese? That not all girls are like Reese, who'll just use him?"

I stared at the ceiling for too long, contemplating what Hoseok hyung had said. Maybe the reason why Taehyung was a bit against Jungkook's idea is because he's worried that Y/N might do the same thing Reese did. Why is Taehyung so worried? It's not like he's going to fall in love with Y/N, right?

I laid back in bed and turned off the lights, leaving the small lamp between Hoseok hyung's bed and mine on.

"Good night, hyung."

YOUR POV

I woke up a bit earlier than usual and decided to stay in bed for a while since it was Saturday. I checked my phone for messages and, of course, there was one from SuMin.

Bessie:
You better give me the details.

Me:
You left me alone, so go suffer.

Bessie:
Ah, so that's how you want it to be, huh? Fine. Go find another best friend. I'm not coming back to Korea anymore.

Me:
Goodbye, it was nice knowing you.

I laughed, knowing SuMin wasn't the type to just drop me. As expected, she called immediately, and I answered on the second ring.

"Hello, stranger."

"Shut up. Y/N, details!!!"

"Ugh, tell me you love me first."

"Ew, why would I say that?"

"Then no deets. Bye, I'm hanging u—"

"I love you so much, my best friend! I'm so lucky to have you as a friend. We should never leave each other, okay?"

She spoke way too fast, but thankfully, I could understand her. I chuckled, knowing she doesn't like saying cheesy stuff, but for the sake of the details, she did it. Hahaha.

"So yeah, BTS asked me to meet them at their office."

"They what?!?! Oh my god, Y/N, do you know how freaking lucky you are?"

"Language," I scolded her.

"Oh, sorry, mom. As I was saying, you're so lucky! Why did they ask you to come over?"

I promised Namjoon I wouldn't say anything to anyone, and that includes my best friend. But then again, she's my best friend. Should I tell her?

"Ah, nothing much. They just had this event at the office, and the managers told them to pick an Army they'd eat pizza with, so yeah, that's kind of what happened."

I felt guilty for lying to her. I swear I'll tell her once it's all over. I still have at least three weeks before the prank, and she'll be away soon, so I think it will be fine.

"You sure that's it? You're not hiding anything from me, right?"

"Psh, come on, out of all people, you think I'll lie to you?! You're like my only best friend in the world."
