THIRTY FIVE

TAEHYUNG'S POV

An hour passed after what happened at the kitchen and I'm now laying on my bed, thinking if I really made the right decision. But I love Reese, that's for sure. Although I liked Y/N but I wasn't lying when I told the members that it's not enough to make her my girlfriend.

It was a shock to the members, but it was a shock to me as well. I didn't realize I was already zoning out, thinking about all that's happened for the past few days.

----*flashback*----

"Taehyung?" My head turned to where the voice was coming from and there I saw Reese, standing behind me.

"Talk now. I don't have much time." I glanced at my watch as I wait for her to talk. She gave out a loud sigh and I looked at her and she had tears in her eyes as she speaks.

"Taehyung, I still love you. Please, I need you back."

Reese was crying and... she smells like alcohol. Has she been drinking?

"Reese, you're drunk. You're just saying nonsense things because of the alcohol. I'm going home, the members might look for me. You should go home too."

"No! No. Taehyung. Please. Don't leave me again." She was crying so hard right now and she suddenly fell on her knees and I was left speechless. What do I do? I like Y/N but why is there still a part of me that tells me I should stay here with her.

"Leave you? Aren't you the one who left me for someone else? Ah.. and not just someone else. You left me so you and our staff could be together. You just used me, Reese. I'm not stupid enough to go back to you anymore." Just when I was about to walk away, Reese ran to me and hugged me from behind, burying her face on my back as she cry and all I can do was to stand still until I realized I was already holding her hands as she holds me tight and that I was already crying too. I didn't realize being here with her and talking about what happened to us would still hurt me like it only happened yesterday.

"Just please listen to what I have to say, Taehyung. I can explain. Please let me explain. I... Iㅡ"

"Reese?!?! Reese!!! Wake up!!" She suddenly passed out probably from being too drunk that I had to pick her up and carry her up to her apartment. Good thing she lives near the park or else I need to carry her back home and the members wouldn't appreciate it if they see me with her in that state.

I was about to leave after tucking her in bed but she suddenly grabbed my hand and I had to stop walking and looked back at her. This is the only time I was able to look at her face again, she still has this angelic face that I love... I mean loved. It's in the past... right, Taehyung. It's all in the past.

I decided to sit down for another 30mins to make sure she's now asleep and I can finally go home and rest. Checking the time, it's now past 3 am and I really have to go home. As I wait, I didn't realize I fell asleep on the couch beside Reese's bed and I woke up feeling warm. I opened my eyes only to see Reese sitting beside me, smiling and staring at me ㅡ the way she used to stare at me when we were still together, full of affection and love. Taehyung, again, I'd like to remind you, it was all in the past!

"I have to go now." I stood up but again, Reese stopped me from going.

"I haven't told you why I left. Just please listen and then you decide if you'll still ignore me or whatever."

"Hurry up. I don't have much time." I sat down and that's where she told me what happened to us.

---*end of flashback*---

After what Reese told me, I felt stupid for not letting her explain right away. I was so hurt that I didn't even think of how she felt when she had to do that for me. But at least now we have each other again and everything's clear. I'm sure the members will eventually be okay with me and Reese together again. I decided to sleep since it's already late and we still have our dance practice tomorrow for the festa.

"You're 3 minutes late, Taehyung-ssi!"

I was panting when I arrived at the dance studio from running. I accidentally overslept and didn't hear my phone alarm but atleast I wasn't very late. I knew Hobi hyung is going to be this annoyed but I didn't know he's going to be this annoyed. I'm only 3 minutes late.

"Hyung, it's only 3 minutes. You guys barely even started! And Jimin isn't even here yet." In an instant, Jimin shows up at the door with drinks in his hands then walked towards Hobi hyung.

"Here's your coffee, hyung." Jimin handed Hobi hyung's drink and suddenly faced me with a very familiar expression ㅡ the one that he had yesterday.

"And who are you saying that's not here yet? Me? Tch. Taehyung-ssi, before you point your finger at someone, make sure your hands are clean." He then walked away and sat beside Jungkook who's playing on his phone.

Everyone is now minding their own business and Hobi hyung is busy practicing with Jin hyung. Yoongi hyung is now walking towards me and I smiled my first ever smile for the day. Atleast Yoongi hyung decided to approach me first. He then reached out his hand and as I was about to reach for his hand, Yoongi hyung's hand swerved away from mine and grabbed something behind me and walked away in an instant without even talking nor looking at me.

"Why are you all ignoring me??!!" I half shouted and everybody looked at me.

"Ah hyung! Y/N said she'll accompany me later at the mall, you can go with your sister instead." Jimin suddenly stood up as he speak to RM hyung. Why is he talking to Y/N....and why are they all ignoring me?!

"Jimin-ah! You're going out with Y/N?!" Y/N is now going out with Jimin?? Wow. It's only been days since we ended the prank and now she's dating another member? Who is it gonna be next after Jimin? Jungkook?? Gosh.

"Why do you care? You don't like her enough to make her your girlfriend, right? Mind your own business, Taedouche. I mean Taehyung-ssi."
