YOUR POV

I stood in front of the towering building once more, but this time, there was no hesitation. I took a deep breath and pushed through the door, greeted by the cheerful smile of the lady at the front desk.

"Hello, Y/N! Welcome back! Namjoon just arrived as well. He's waiting for you on the 8th floor, in the same room. Here's a spare key in case you get there before him. He mentioned he'll probably be at his studio first, since he's expecting you at 6 p.m., and it's still only 5:30." She handed me the key, her smile warm and inviting.

"Thank you so much!" I returned her smile, giving a slight bow before heading for the elevator.

When I arrived on the 8th floor, just as expected, the conference room was empty. I slid the key into the door and entered, flicking the lights on. I made my way to the chair I sat in during our last meeting and waited patiently for Namjoon and the others to arrive.

As the minutes ticked by, I found myself getting a little impatient. After 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to stretch my legs and went for a little walk down the hallway, my curiosity getting the better of me. The walls were lined with BTS's memorabilia—posters, portraits, and album covers, capturing their journey and achievements.

I wandered back and forth for a few minutes, when suddenly, I heard faint barks echoing from the conference room.

I followed the sound and my heart leaped when I saw a tiny puppy running toward me. My eyes widened with excitement.

"Oh my God, you're so small!" I crouched down to meet him as he scampered over to me, his tail wagging furiously.

"Yeontan!" I gasped, recognizing him instantly. "You're Yeontan, aren't you?"

The little pup yipped happily, his tail wagging even faster as I gently patted his head.

"You're adorable, little guy!" I chuckled, before whispering, "Just like your daddy."

As if on cue, Taehyung appeared at the conference room door. He must've arrived while I was distracted by Yeontan. He smiled at me warmly, then at his pup, and approached with that trademark Taehyung grin.

"Hey, Y/N," he greeted, his voice soft but full of warmth.

"Hey," I replied shyly, giving him a small smile.

"I see you've met my son." His smile widened as he knelt beside me and gently stroked Yeontan's fur. "He's adorable, isn't he?"

"Yes! He's so cute; I almost don't want to let him go," I said, my heart melting a little as I watched the playful puppy.

Taehyung chuckled, and for a moment, I felt embarrassed by his gaze. I lowered my head, fidgeting with the hem of my hoodie, but Taehyung didn't seem to mind. He simply smiled at me in that gentle way that made my insides flutter.

"I'll just go tell everyone you're here," Taehyung said, standing up. "I'll leave Tanie here with you so you're not lonely."

I nodded and entered the conference room with Yeontan in tow, setting him gently on the table so I could play with him without having to move around too much. Taehyung closed the door behind me with a smile.

NAMJOON'S POV

"Y/N!!!! Hello!!" Namjoon's booming voice caught me off guard the moment he opened the door. He rushed toward me, throwing his arms around me in a hug.

Before I could react, I felt Yeontan squished between us, his tiny body caught in the middle of our awkward embrace.

Taehyung, standing just behind, seemed to panic and rushed forward, grabbing Namjoon by the shoulders and pulling him away.

"Hyung! Yeontan's getting squished!" Taehyung whined, his voice almost comical as he fretted over his pup.

"Oh, sorry, I got too excited," Namjoon chuckled, pulling back with a sheepish grin. He quickly apologized to Taehyung, then turned to me with a smile. "Sorry about that, Y/N."

I handed Yeontan back to Taehyung, feeling a little embarrassed by the whole situation.

The room filled with the familiar presence of the other members. One by one, they each approached me, offering hugs and greetings. I awkwardly returned their embraces, grateful for how warm and welcoming they were. Despite their fame, they treated me no differently than anyone else, and that made me feel so comfortable around them.

"Sit down, Y/N. How are you?" Hoseok, ever the accommodating one, gestured toward a chair with a bright smile.

"I feel great," I replied, settling into my seat. "How about you guys? Been practicing or recording?"

"Nope, we have our day off," Jin answered with a grin. "Which means it's bonding time! And, of course, planning for April's prank."

I noticed there were only six of the seven members in the room, and I couldn't help but wonder where Suga was.

Where's Suga? I thought, my gaze shifting around the room.

"Are you looking for hyung?" Jungkook suddenly asked, his grin playful. "He's in his studio working on something, but he said he'll join us once he's done. Don't worry, Noona."

I stared at him in surprise. It was as if he'd read my mind.

"Ah, you were looking blankly at all of us, so I guessed you were wondering where hyung was," Jungkook explained, scratching the back of his neck awkwardly. He glanced at Jimin for some sort of backup, clearly feeling a little embarrassed.

"So, Y/N," Namjoon interjected, his tone more serious now. "We've got everything planned out for the prank, but we're open to suggestions. What do you think? Any ideas to make it even more realistic?"

The room fell into a lighthearted argument as Jimin teased Taehyung, claiming his ideas were always weird. The playful banter between the two younger members filled the air, and I found myself laughing along.

"Okay, okay," Namjoon said, getting everyone's attention once more. "We'll take all your suggestions into account. But if you have anything to add, feel free."

"I trust you guys," I said with a smile, looking at Namjoon and then the others. "I'm sure it'll work out great."

We continued brainstorming, bouncing ideas back and forth, with Hoseok occasionally throwing in an unexpected word like "lit," which made me laugh even harder.

"Okay, so Namjoon-ah, I think we should start dropping hints as the D-day gets closer. That way, they won't suspect it's a prank. Maybe photos and stuff—just to make it feel more real. More... lit." There goes that word again. Lit... right. Let's make this prank lit.

Finally, after what felt like hours of planning, Yoongi arrived, his presence calming the playful energy in the room.

"Alright, everything's set," Yoongi said, his tone matter-of-fact. "Y/N, you and Taehyung need to bond. Get to know each other. Go out, have some fun. And don't worry, we'll ask the stylist noonas to join you guys so people won't suspect anything."

I stared at him in surprise. Taehyung and I should go out?

Jin smiled at me from across the room, as if he could read my thoughts. "Yep. You guys should hang out outside of the office. We'll need that to make everything look real."

I looked at Taehyung, who was still playing with Yeontan, and a strange feeling settled in my chest.

"We're counting on you two," Jin continued, smiling reassuringly.

"And just one more thing, Y/N." Yoongi added, his expression serious for a moment.

"Please, don't fall in love with Taehyung."
