Seriously, why are they making me change my clothes? Namjoon and Yoongi carried the bags as we headed inside the house. The moment I stepped in, I was in awe. The place was absolutely stunning—serene, elegant, and peaceful. It felt like the kind of home you'd want to escape to and never leave.

Namjoon and Yoongi settled into the living room, immediately engrossed in their phones, while I wandered toward the window. The breathtaking view outside was mesmerizing, and for a moment, I forgot where I was.

"What are you still doing here? Go upstairs and change your clothes."

Yoongi's voice startled me, making me flinch. He chuckled at my reaction, and I nodded sheepishly before heading upstairs to the room they'd pointed out earlier.

The dress they picked out for me was gorgeous. I couldn't help but wonder—who chose it? Namjoon?

Excitedly, I slipped it on and turned to the mirror. Wow. It was as if the dress was made for me, fitting perfectly and highlighting all the right features. I couldn't resist snapping a quick mirror selca for Twitter.

"I have no idea what'll happen today, but I hope it's something magical. ✨"

As I fixed my hair, I noticed how much it had grown

As I fixed my hair, I noticed how much it had grown. It wasn't that long ago when I'd cut it short, but so much had changed since then. Thinking about why I did it now only made me chuckle. Perhaps it was proof that I'd finally moved on from Taehyung.

I headed downstairs, and there they were—Namjoon and Yoongi—still glued to their phones. I made my way toward Namjoon and was about to sit beside him when he suddenly dropped his phone onto the carpet.

"What's wrong? Why are you being so jumpy?"

Namjoon scratched the back of his head, looking almost too flustered.

"I... it's... I was just... Y/N..."

"I told you to stop reading scary webtoons! Look at yourself."

Yoongi's blunt remark made Namjoon shoot him a look. Scary webtoons? That was... unexpected. Before I could question it further, Yoongi stood up and took my hand.

"Y/N, whatever happens tonight, we promise you—this is for you. You deserve to be happy. Please, just keep an open mind."

The seriousness in his voice made my chest tighten, and I could feel tears welling up in my eyes.

"Wait, are you setting me up with Taehyung? Because if you are, I'm not doing this!"

Panic set in as the idea formed in my mind. My pulse quickened, and before I knew it, I yanked my hand from Namjoon's grip and turned to run. But I didn't get far before I bumped into something—or rather, someone.

"Where do you think you're going?"

Seokjin's voice rang out, laced with mock irritation. He crossed his arms, towering over me like a stern parent.

"Ya! I didn't risk getting mobbed at the market to buy fresh ingredients and cook all day just for you to run away now."

"But I... they... but Taehyung—"

"The only but I want to hear is your butt sitting in that chair out there."

Jin turned me toward the massive glass windows overlooking the garden. My breath caught in my throat. It was transformed—a stunning setup with twinkling lights, soft white drapes, and a perfectly set table in the center. How did they even manage this?

Yoongi appeared beside me, extending his hand once more

Yoongi appeared beside me, extending his hand once more. "Let's go."

He led me outside, and Jin and Namjoon stayed behind, smiling like they knew something I didn't. My heart was pounding now—not just from nerves but from sheer anticipation.

Yoongi pulled out a black handkerchief as I sat down. Before I could protest, he gently tied it around my eyes.

"Whatever happens, don't take the blindfold off. Wait for someone to remove it for you."

"But—"

"Shhh. Just trust us."

And with that, Yoongi left.

I sat there, completely blind, with nothing but the sound of the breeze and my racing heart to keep me company. Minutes felt like hours, and a wave of doubt crept in.

What if this is just some elaborate prank?

Frustration bubbled up, and I let out a deep sigh. Slowly, my hands moved to the knot at the back of the blindfold.

"Enough waiting," I mumbled to myself as my fingers began to tug at the fabric.

But just as I was about to take it off, a voice stopped me in my tracks..

"You're supposed to wait for me to take off the blindfold, Y/N."
