YOUR POV

"OH MY GOD, Y/N!!!!" SuMin exclaimed, her eyes wide with disbelief. I stared at her in surprise, unsure of what had her so worked up.

"My parents are asking me to leave as early as possible. I might not stay for two weeks anymore. Ugh, this is so frustrating." SuMin locked her phone and threw it across the room, frustration clear in her voice. I immediately ran toward it to pick it up.

"That's okay. At least we still have a few days, maybe?" I said softly, trying to comfort her. "Let's make the most of it. For now, let's just enjoy what we're watching and not think about your departure."

I handed her phone back, and we settled back into the bed, continuing our binge-watch of Run BTS.

We stayed up until 3 AM, watching an absurd amount of shows on VLive. When I woke up the next morning, my face was puffy, as if I had cried the whole night. It was only 7 AM, and although I wanted to sleep for a few more hours, my body wouldn't let me. I tossed and turned, but sleep wouldn't come. Grumbling, I got out of bed and headed for the kitchen to cook breakfast for both me and SuMin.

Alright... now what to cook?

TAEHYUNG'S POV

"Ugh... I don't know what to say either. Namjoon, you do it," Hoseok hyung said, scratching the back of his neck. He handed the phone over to Namjoon, his apologetic smile in full force.

"Ah, seriously? Who's idea was this again? Why do I always have to do it?" Namjoon hyung muttered, taking the phone. He glanced at the screen, and we all crowded around him, eager to see what he'd write.

"So are we doing this, or are we going to come up with another plan?" I asked impatiently, leaning over to get a closer look.

"Yes, we'll do it," Jimin said, exchanging glances with Jungkook.

Namjoon tapped the screen and sent the message:
Hello, ARMY!

We all waited, our excitement building with each second that passed.

"She's probably asleep by now. Let's just wait until tomorrow. Maybe then she'll reply. For now, let's get back to work." Yoongi hyung stretched and stood up, walking out of the room. We followed suit. I went straight to my room and started playing with Yeontan.

A little while later, Jimin entered, munching on snacks.

"Ya, make sure you're not leaving crumbs on my floor," I warned as he plopped down beside me. He shrugged nonchalantly and continued eating while I focused on Tanie.

"So... how are you and Reese doing?" Jimin asked softly, his eyes a bit too sharp for my liking. I knew what he was getting at.

"I told you, you shouldn't bring her up. It's over. I've told you this before." I avoided his gaze, focusing entirely on Yeontan. I didn't want to talk about Reese. Not now, not ever again.

Reese had been with me since I debuted with Bangtan. She was a good friend who later became my girlfriend. She understood my work and never demanded anything from me. She made me happy in every way possible, and she was there for me when I needed someone the most. I loved her deeply. I thought everything between us was perfect, until I caught her cheating with one of the staff members at the office.

"I thought she wanted you back?" Jimin's voice broke through my thoughts. "I mean, Reese was... IS your first love. What she did was awful, but I know there's still a chance you two could get back together because you love her... so much."

I didn't say anything, not wanting to dive back into the mess of emotions that Reese had left behind. I continued playing with Tanie as if I hadn't heard a word Jimin said.

"You're going to take her back, aren't you?" Jimin pressed, his tone more serious now.

I stared at him, pausing for a moment. I didn't want to lie to Jimin. "I can't keep doing this, Jimin. I'm not sure if I'll ever not love her... but I know I can't go back. Not after everything that happened."

Jimin studied me carefully, and I could see the concern in his eyes. "I get it," he said softly. "But Tae, you've got to let her go. She hurt you. And I know it's not easy, but you deserve better. You can't keep putting yourself through this."

I wanted to argue with him, but I couldn't. The truth was, I wasn't sure if I would ever get over Reese. But I also knew I couldn't keep holding on to something that wasn't there anymore. I had to move on, no matter how difficult it was.

"I'll try, Jimin. Just... give me some time."

Jimin smiled, his usual bright expression lighting up his face. "I'm always here for you, no matter what." He stood up, giving Tanie a snack before turning back to me. "Take care of yourself, alright?"

I nodded and watched as he left my room, the door clicking shut behind him. I sighed and fell back onto my bed, my mind spinning from our conversation. I shouldn't be thinking about Reese anymore. I told myself I wouldn't take her back... but would I?

I closed my eyes, trying to quiet the thoughts racing in my mind, and drifted off to sleep.

YOUR POV

"Whoa, what's cooking, chef Y/N? It smells amazing!" SuMin practically ran into the kitchen, a wide smile on her face. She plopped herself down in one of the chairs at the dining table. I set the plates down for both of us and sat across from her. We ate breakfast peacefully, discussing our plans for the day now that I had a few days off from work.

"Okay, just let me grab my phone," I said, standing up to head to my room where I had left my phone charging the night before.

I casually scrolled through my notifications when one caught my eye. My heart skipped a beat.

방탄소년단 sent you a message.

My stomach dropped. Could it really be them? Or was it just another fan account using their name? My hand shook slightly as I debated whether to open it.

I walked back to the kitchen, still holding my phone, and sat down beside a confused SuMin, who was watching me closely.

"What's wrong with you? You look so confused, and now you're making me confused," she said, raising an eyebrow.

I chuckled nervously. "I just got this notification, and I kind of freaked out thinking it was really from BTS. But maybe it's just a fan account using the same name. Haha."

SuMin snatched the phone out of my hands before I could stop her and clicked the notification right away.

We both stared at the screen, then back at each other, then back at the screen again.

@BTS_twttt: Hello, ARMY!

I froze. My heart raced.

Is this real? Really?

Why...?

"Y/N!!!! Stop staring at the screen! Reply something! OMG this is so amazing!!" SuMin was practically shaking me with excitement. I felt my insides explode with a mix of excitement and panic. I was freaking out—my heart was pounding in my chest.

"What should I say? What if it was just a mistake?"
