Hyunwoo

Once we made it to the porch of the clinic, we were drenched by the rain despite the fact I used my jacket to shield us from the rain. I knocked rapidly on the door after I found out the door was locked.

Seconds later, a bewildered Dr. Kim opens the door. "Oh my. You two got caught in the storm? Come in," he says and steps to the side for us to walk in. After we stepped inside, he closes and locks the door.

"Sorry to bother you again, but we had no choice," I said as I helped Kihyun to sit on a stool.

"Ah, don't worry about that. Helping people in need is a doctor's job," he smiles. "Oh, here. You two can use these towels. I just washed them," he says and hands us two towels with Transformers on them.

"Thank you," we said at the same time. As we dried ourselves off,  Junmyeon disappears into a room and comes back out with spare clothes.

"Change into these. I hope that they fit you two," Junmyeon says and hands us the clothes he was holding. We thanked him and changed into them. "It looks like the storm is here to stay. If you two don't mind, you two can stay in the treatment room for the night," he says. (A/N: Too lazy to look up the correct term).

"No worries. We will make do with what you offer," I said with a small smile.

"Th-," he begins to say when thunderclaps were sounding off in the distance. Seconds later, I could have sworn that I heard someone scream or something. As if on cue, several boys of various ages came running in from the hall way near the back.

"Appa," they shout and crowded around their father.

"Aw, did my babies get scared," Junmyeon coos and squats down to meet his sons' eye levels.

"Sehunnie ish the one who ish scared, Appah," says one of them.

"Lies. I just...Appa! NiNi is being mean to me," a boy (Sehun) whines.

"Jongin, what did I say about teasing your brother?"

"Not to do it," Jongin pouts.

Junmyeon looks at his sons lovingly before realizing that we were still in the room. "Umm, if you guys would excuse me, I need to tend to my kids. Please make yourself at home," he says. We nodded and he nods back. Then, he herds his kids back down the hallway the kids came in from all the while promising to read them bed time stories, and more. After I heard a door close, awkward silence fills the air.

We walked into the treatment room seeing as it was pointless to stay in the main part of the clinic. Kihyun sits down on the bed and stares out the window. Not knowing what to do with myself, I sat down on the armchair and toyed with the zipper of my jacket.

"When I was a kid, it would always rain where I lived," Kihyun says suddenly. "People always think that when it rains, it is bad and sad. But, I love it when it rains. Makes me feel at peace and I would get lost in thought," he continues. I didn't notice before, but Kihyun's voice sounds like soothing. Soon enough, I find myself listening to him talk on and on about the rain. Part of me didn't want it to stop raining so I could hear him speak in this tone instead of the business like tone he usually uses.

A/N: May or may not put this on hiatus until I figure out the plot for this or just update slowly for the same reason....
