"So, what is the next case," Kihyun asks.
"Have you heard of the robbery at Haemin Bank in Gangnam?"
"I did. Didn't it happen recently? But, what does it have to do with our task force?"
"Well, it turns out that it wasn't just a robbery. People were murdered."
"Oh, but-"
"One of the victims was a daughter of Lee Jongin."
"Lee Jongin? Like the Lee Jongin who runs his mouth like the nitwit who is surprisingly still the President of United States? That Lee Jongin?"
"Unfortunately..."
"So, we have to take on this case because of him?"
"Probably. Anyways, the files should be arriving right about.........now," I said as I saw an officer bring in four boxes on a cart.
Kihyun simply shakes his head and says, "Well, let's get this shit over with."
~three hours and twenty nine minutes later~
"How the f-," Changkyun began to say when Kihyun levels him with a glare daring him to cuss. "I mean how the fudging fudge is this guy still alive and a politician," he says slowly while meeting Kihyun's eyes.
"The world is a strange place," Jooheon says.
"...well, we need to find out who would want to hurt his daughter or him," I said as I leaf through the folder in my hand.
"That's going to be a challenge," Changkyun snorts.
"That's for damn sure," Jooheon says, who then got a disapproving look from Kihyun. Jooheon merely shrugs and turns his attention back to the comments on the posts that Lee Jongin made on SNS.
"Well, first thing we should do is draft up a list of people who have it out for him," I said.
"That's going to take a very long time," Jooheon says while sighing.
~time skip: two and a half days~
"You got to be kidding me. This list goes from salacious commenters to 'overzealous' protestors who try to take things into their own hands to politicians," Changkyun groans as he tugs on his hair.
"Well, we did manage to narrow it done a bit," Kihyun says.
"Yeah, by only two pages," Jooheon snorts.
"Stop being difficult," I said.
"Stop being difficult," he repeats back in a mocking tone and meronged me.
