~later that day~
"Changkyun has remarkable timing," I thought to myself. The little shit just knows when I am about to confess and interrupts. Sometimes, I regret taking care of him during his years of police academy.
I glanced at the red haired male who had his nose in a file at his desk. I sighed. Then, I decided that I would just confess later and in a better way. In the corner of my eye, I could see Changkyun laughing. I grabbed a roll of tape and chucked it at him. It hit him square in the forehead.
"Yah! Hyung," he shouts. I just laughed and started to look at the files for the next case. An hour later, I heard a familiar voice laughing. I looked up to see Kihyun laughing while holding onto the male in front of him's arm. Who is he?
"Sunbae, I didn't know you came back," he says.
"I didn't expect to be transferred back to Korea after all these years. When I came back, I wanted to see your face first. I went to the courthouse and they told me I could find you here. How did you get this job," the man in the ash grey suit asks.
"Hmm, I just wanted a change of pace. Nothing else really," Kihyun answers.
"Say let's go get some drinks after work. I don't want to keep you from doing your job," the man says.
"Ah, sure. I get off at 6:00 p.m.," Kihyun replies and lets go of the man's arm.
"Hyung, if you keep glaring like that, he will die," Jooheon says from behind me.
"I wasn't glaring," I scoffed.
"Hmm, if I were you, I would get on it before someone takes him away," he chirps.
"Shut up and deal with your one sided love for Changkyun," I retorted.
"Hyung! Shh, he could have heard you," Jooheon says and looks around to see if Changkyun heard or not.
