Emma's POV:

It's been about an hour. I feel like I'm already gone. I have to let go soon.

"Daniel..." I whisper.

"Yes?" He asks.

"Sing to me."

"No...don't do this to me...I can't-"

"Yes. You can. Please." I beg. He nods his head.

"Here." Corbyn says and holds Daniel a guitar that they brought from the concert.

Cant Help Falling In Love-Elvis Presley

"Wise men say...
Only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in...love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin
If I can't help falling in love with you?

Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand,
Take my whole life, too
For I can't help falling in love with you

Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand,
Take my whole life, too
For I can't help falling in love with you
For I can't help falling in love with you."

He finishes and we're all crying.

"Thank you..." I whisper.

Daniels POV:

"Anything for you." I cry. She slowly closes her eyes.

"No..." Logan says.

"Remember me..."

"I will. I promise. Forever and always." I sob.

"I love you." She breathes her last breath.

"Emma...?" Jonah gulps. A long, loud beep fills the silence.

"She's gone..." Corbyn says.

It feels like everything goes in slow motion. I get up and hand the guitar to Zach. Logan looks at me and holds his hand out. I grab and shake it. My world goes dark. I feel empty inside. Nothing else matters.

"Daniel." Jonah says.

"I need to be alone." I whisper and wipe the tear away from my eye.

Logan's POV:

She's gone...my daughter. My baby. She didn't deserve this. God, why? Why?! How could you do this?! Let this happen?! She's dead. My daughter is dead. At sixteen. So young...

I cover Emma's face with her blanket.

"Goodbye." I cry and kiss her forehead. I stand up and look at the boys.

"I'm going to take Noah home." I state.

"Logan you shouldn't be alone right now-"

"I'll be okay." I cut Corbyn off. "Make sure Daniels okay." They nod their heads and walk out of the room, Noah following them.

"Sorry I couldn't be there all the time." I say aloud. "I won't be okay. We all know that. But I'll try....Goodbye Em. I'll see you later." I cry and walk out, passing a nurse on my way out.

"Sorry we couldn't do more to help your daughter." She says with a Finnish accent.

"It's okay. She's....In a better place now." I try to smile. She nods her head and goes into the room Emma is in.
