Summary: Three brothers spend their day playing in the snow
Jonah's POV
" Please, Jobear." Corbyn begged, looking up at his big brother." It's too cold, Bean. You'll get sick if you go out." The older answered." But I'll wear my hat and my gloves with my coat. Oh! And I'll wear my hoodie, too." He promised, his plump bottom lip soon poking out. Staring up at his sibling with big, shimmering blue eyes." Just let him go, Jo. He's never had a real snow day before." Daniel added as he walked out of the kitchen, an apple juice in his hand. The teen sighed in defeat." Fine, but only because I can't say no to someone as cute as you." He smiled, kissing his baby brother's forehead." Yes!" Corbyn ran upstairs to get ready, the middle child coming over to sit beside him on the gray sofa. The 7 year old returned, bundled up, just like he promised. He was wearing his fluffy brown coat that was defiantly 2 sizes to big, with a black hoodie underneath. His hands were covered with thick black gloves and his dyed blonde locks hidden beneath his black and red hat, only a few strands poking through. He also had a scarf of the same color, but it was tucked into his coat and only the very tips of the crimson frills were visible." Come here, Bean." He said, voice laced with amusement, Corbyn waddled over to the brunette, a bright smile on his face." Yes, Dani?" He asked, small voice muffled, the ocean-eyed boy fixed his hat, making sure to keep his hair out." There you go, perfect." He commented once finished, leaning down to give the youngest an Eskimo kiss. The frost blonde giggling as he did, Jonah rolled his eyes fondly, before standing to grab his coat. He tossed Daniel his, but it landed on the shortest of the trio. Corbyn squeaked in shock, making both boys laugh. The owner of the piece of clothing lifted it off of him." Boo." He said softly, still smiling, the tallest watched his sibling's eyes soften. After they all had their boots on they left the house." Wow." The youngest whispered, looking around. The crystallized water droplets fell gently from the sky, drifting gracefully to the ground and adding to the sheet of white that covered the grass. The sun was out, casting cool rays onto the Earth and making the snow and ice shimmer. Corbyn tilted his head back, trying desperately to catch something. He moved forward, hoping to make it easier, his foot got caught on something and he fell face first into the layer of white." Cordy, are you okay?" Jonah questioned, helping the younger up. His face had a soft pink blush, but the grin hadn't wavered once." Uh huh." He giggled." Let's have a snowball fight." Daniel suggested as he made his way to the others. Jonah noticed his small, excited smirk, figuring some of their baby brother's passion to play in the frozen water had rubbed off on him." Ooo, that sounds like fun." Corbyn agreed." Alright, I don't see why not." They seperated, each going to their own area and making a makeshift wall. Soon, balls were being thrown from all three directions. The blonde at an obvious disadvantage with his shorter arms and lack of knowledge on snowball fights. After a few minutes, Daniel army crawled over to him when Jonah wasn't looking." Corbs." He jumped at the sudden sound, before relaxing when his eyes met his second oldest brother." Hi, Dani." He greeted cheerfully." Let's team up against Joan, okay? I'll make the balls and you throw." He explained, Corbyn nodded his head and they got to work. They worked well together and it got to the point where the shorter was throwing two projectiles from each hand. There was a splat as Jonah hit the brunette's teammate dead in the face." Sorry, Bean!" He called, a chuckle in his voice. The second grader plopped down next to the middle schooler, wiping the frozen shards from his face." He's... too... strong. What are we... gonna do?" He panted dramatically, Daniel hummed, thinking." I've got it, let's do a surprise attack. We'll go over to his fort and tackle him, then he'll have to surrender." They snuck over to him, staying as quiet as possible, before they pounced. All falling into the snow and the two younger boys laughing hard as Jonah rolled over, staring at the clear blue sky with a straight face." Got you!" Corbyn giggled as he let his chin rest against the older's pec, Daniel pressing his cheek to the taller's belly." You two cheated, there are no teams." The brunette explained, voice emotionless." All's fair in love and war, Jojo." The 13 year old reminded, the triplets just laid there for a little while longer." Let's make snow angels." Corbyn spoke suddenly, rolling off of the senior and onto his back. They all flailed their arms and legs, getting off the ground once done. Jonah's was the biggest, obviously with Daniel's being slightly smaller, and the blonde's being the absolute smallest. The rest off the time was spent in silence, the brothers simply enjoying the company of the other two. Jonah looked over to Corbyn, the little boy was shivering hard." We can head inside if you're cold, Bean." He reminded, worry in his voice." I-I'm n-n-not c-cold." He stuttered, hugging himself tighter, his big brothers shared a look before nodding. Jonah picked up his youngest sibling, holding him close to his chest. The icey-eyed boy buried his red face into the crook of his neck instantly. The blue-gray eyed older pulled his scarf over his blue-tinted lips. The ternary of boys walked into their home, Daniel immediately went to the thermostat, turning on the heat. Then he grabbed the portable heaters from each of their rooms, creating a semi-circle of warmth around the couch. Jonah carried Corbyn upstairs while he continued to turn their living room into a sauna. Once in his room, he sat the other on the bed and began to strip him, he pulled off his pants and boxers, tossing them into his hamper before finding his warmest onesie. Which just so happened to be his monkey one, Jonah's personal favorite. He helped the young boy get dressed, smiling at him as he pulled the hood up." W-why are you s-smiling?" He asked, his body beginning to still." Because you look adorable, that's why." He chuckled, nuzzling his nose against the faux blonde's neck, causing him to giggle loudly." Now, let's go downstairs, so we can watch movies, eat snacks, and cuddle with Dani." Jonah said, Corbyn's face lit up as he made grabby hands at his big brother. They reached the bottom of the steps and the most amazing smell hit their noses. The pair entered the kitchen where Daniel was making spaghetti, the small blonde gasping at the sight." Dani, you promised we would always make spaghetti together." Corbyn whined, his voice sounded hurt." Aww baby, I'm sorry. I just wanted to have something warm for us to eat after you were done changing, but you can still add the sauce if you want." He offered, Jonah put him down and watched him walk over to Daniel, pout still firmly in place." I don't wanna." He answered stubbornly causing his eldest sibling to bite his lips, stopping a laugh. The older brunette, picked him up, despite his anger, the blonde's legs still wrapped around his hips, arms snaking around his neck." I'm sorry, baby. Don't be mad at me, I love you." Daniel cooed softly, pressing their foreheads together, Corbyn let a small smile shine through." It's okay, I know you didn't mean it. I love you, too." The blonde responded, kissing the older's cheek. Once the food was completed, Jonah helped Daniel carry three bowls of noddles into the living room, before going back get the hot chocolate. Normal people would think the combo was weird, good thing the Meavon brothers were anything, but. They all snuggled on the couch, Jonah was leaning against the arm rest, with Daniel laying on his side in his lap. Corbyn was pressed to the middle child's chest. The oldest picked a Christmas movie on Netflix.~ 4 Hours Later ~
Corbyn was first to fall asleep, then Daniel. The barley audiable snores of his best friends' filled his ears, making the eldest smile. He turned off the television and pulled the covers up over them. The youngest had moved farther up his body, his face now hidden in Dani's neck. He kissed the crown of each head gently, before letting his heavy eyelids finally shut, a soft smile on his face. I love these two more than anything, I don't care about mom lecturing me for taking Bean outside. I'd do it a thousand times over, just to see their smiles again.
