"You" she said calmly.

I don't know what to feel...

Now that she finds out that I'm her boss...how come she acted so calm.

"I'm amazed---you were not surprised that I'm your boss" I say.

"I am" she replied coldly "but I have this feeling that my boss is none other than you. And now that you revealed yourself, I am not really surprised that what was written in that agreement was made by the most evil person I've known. The one and only Zacharius Badger" she was looking straight into my eyes. There was fire on it.

I chuckled "Maybe you already heard this quote Ms. September  "my personality and my attitude depends on who I am talking"----so I only depends on you" I sarcastically say.

"Mr. Badger---you were definitely wrong. Ang natatandaan ko lang kasing quote "Kahit anong kabutihan ang gawin mo, kung hindi iyon ang gustong makita ng mga taong nasa paligid mo, masama parin ang makikita nila sayo" Tumitig ito sa mga mata ko "naiintindihan mo naman siguro Mr. Badger----or baka naman gusto mo pang I translate ko pa para pumasok sa utak mo?"

My fist clenched "I have a deeper understanding Ms. Elayda"

"Oh really? You have deeper understanding. Kaya pala ganon nalang kung husgahan mo ako----eh paano nalang kaya kung hindi. Baka mas masahol ka pa"

"Now you're fighting back" I smirked.

"Oo---dahil hindi ako mangingilag sa isang katulad mo. Mayaman ka, mahirap ako, pero iisa lang ang kakahantungan natin. Kamatayan.  Pero ang pag kakaiba lang----hindi ka welcome sa langit. Hindi kasi tinatanggap don ang mga may sungay na kagaya mo"

I moved forward...and now we're inch closer.

"Be careful on your words Ms. Elayda, if you already forgot, I am your boss. And you're here in my company, inside my office. So I have all the rights on you"

"Siguro nga----but right at this very moment. I am not your employee anymore----because I resign" madiing sagot nito.

I smiled. And that smiled turns into laughed.

I saw her frowned...

"Resign? Are you sure Ms. Elayda," I walked beside where she was standing.

"I am Mr. Badger" siguradong sagot nito.

"I think you don't understand what was written on that contract that you signed in"

"Anong ibig mong sabihin?" kunot noong tanong nito.

"Have you read all the pages Ms. Elayda?"

"Oo"

"Have you read the back page?" I asked her again.

"Nothings written on it" Mabilis na sagot nito.

"You're wrong Ms. Elayda" as I came nearer---the last page of that contract. I remember that I wrote something on it----that you can't asked for a resignation. And most importantly, I will sew you for breaching of contract. In case your doubting, here's my personal copy. And I had another one with Pam" I looked for it on my drawer and gave it to her. 

She opened it and look for the last page---and read it.

And I heared her murmuring...

"So Ms. Elayda?"

"You tricked me?" galit na nag angat ito ng ulo at tinitigan ako ng masama.

"I don't----it was your mistake. You didn't read it carefully" I told her.

Her fist clenched as she was holding the piece of that last page of contract.

"I hate you" madiing sabi nito.

"I'm glad to hear that Ms. Elayda----coz the feeling is mutual. So---wether you take my offer or not, you have no other choice but to stay here. And about your mother, I pity her. You wanna know why, that her daughter was  protecting her pride more than saving her mother's life"

She threw the contract on my table "Even if you're the last person in this world, I-----won't asked any help from you" she turned and walk away.

"Why am I not convinced with your words September?" Pahabol ko.

She turned back...

"Then convinced yourself Mr. Badger"

"Just remember, I am waiting Ms. Elayda. You will surely comeback at the count of three" I say, enough for her to hear before the door closed.

You can't get away from me Seph. Your life is at the palm of my hands. And you'll do whatever I say...

You can't choose...you have to live the way that I want.
