I was running while holding hands with Jerod. I looked at him and he was carrying a child in his arms. He was looking at me while smiling. The child looked at me too.

"Jac..Jac!" Gising sa akin ni Jerod.

Nagmulat ako ng mata. It was a dream. Pawis na pawis ako. My heart was throbbing fast. In my dream we have Thereeze. She was alive. Sobrang saya ko...sa panaginip na 'yon.

"I had a dream." Iyak ako ng iyak. I miss Thereeze. I miss her moving inside me. I miss her heartbeat. "I miss Thereeze." He kissed my temple.

"We'll visit her, okay? Hush now, wife." "Haven't you considered my offer yet?" He was bugging me to have myself checked by an obgyne for days now.

"Nope. Masyado ka lang oa! Hindi porket delayed ako, buntis na agad ako." I looked at the clock and it was nine in the morning.

"Who told you that? May morning sickness ka kaya!" I rolled my eyes at him because he was right.

After two months of officially being engaged, ilang weeks nang masama lagi ang gising ko. Mom wants to marry me off as soon as possible dahil baka raw magbago nanaman ang isip ko.

"I had a dream not a morning sickness, okay?" I stood up and get out of bed.

"You're being ridiculous. Just get checked, okay? Wala namang mawawala kung magpapa-check up 'di ba?" I shrugged and went downstairs. Naka-sunod naman siya sa akin.

"When are your friends visiting the hospital? Sabay na tayo. I miss Raffy!" I walked towards the kitchen and got myself a cup of tea.

"We can't, wife. May meeting tayo sa organizer mamayang hapon. We can visit some other day." I pouted and sat at the kitchen counter.

"Hindi pa rin ba tapos ang preparations? Let mom and mama do the preparations. Tutal sila 'yung excited na excited, right?"

"Not a chance, wife. I want us to be hands on. That's our wedding, not theirs." I took a sip of my tea.

Turns out hindi pa pala. Una sa lahat, gastos lang. Pangalawa, nakakatamad magplano. Pangatlo, nakakatamad talaga.

I'm sure napapansin din iyon ni Jerod, but he's too nice to point it out. I miss going to the beach. I miss surfing. I miss racing. I'm suddenly missing my life in Cali. 'Yung buhay na hirap, pero masaya. I miss being alone. I miss my single life. Am I starting to get confused again? I shook my head to shake off my thoughts.

"Hey, you okay?" He clapped both of his hands in front of my face.

"Yup. I'm just going for a jog." Tumayo ako at tumakbo paakyat ng kwarto. Nagpalit ako ng damit at patakbo ring bumaba ng hagdan.

"Be careful!" He shouted from the kitchen.

"Yes, Granny!" I chuckled as I started running off.

I just want some air for myself. Parang naso-suffocate ako sa bahay. It's just that I think everything's going too fast. One moment, everything wasn't okay and then the next, okay na lahat. Parang walang nangyare. Parang...parang 'di ako masaya. Parang..'tangina ganoon na lang 'yon?'
