I feel like most of the boys wold love to keep things private. Unless they have a very close bond. Even then it would be awkward. Maybe just a simple "yes we have sex" or something. But overall they'd rather talk to you than their brothers. AND I don't think any of them want to hear about the other's newest kamasutra stuff. Apart from Mikey maybe who could talk (and brag) about it for hours. He's proud of the fact that he has sex with you so why not share it?! He does't realize he's embarrassing you.
