Given the fact the boys all aren't used to pets (apart from the occasional rats in the sewers ... NOT master Splinter) they didn't even know what to do. Should they pet your cats or just stay and watch? Should they talk to them or not? Would that be crazy? At first they wouldn't do anything at all and wouldn't even notice how you're kissing, cuddling etc your cats. They hesitated to make a move. I don't they they would feel jealous at all, it shows that you truly care about your pets. They deserve a good life and you're giving it to them. However, if the cats are too "in your face" they would stay away a little. But other than that, it's your life and you can have as many cats as you want.
If you ever started dating - and they were at your place more often - they would be more at ease with it. They'd be used to all the cats, talk to them and play with them too. When it comes to sexy time though, the cats stay out.
