Leo: It all depends on whether you like parties or not. If not, he will get you a present, a small cake (or even just a cupcake) and leave it at that. If you want to spend the night with him alone, he's more than happy to do so.
Raph: He's not good with birthdays in the first place so he would appreciate it if you would tell him what you wanted to do. He did get you a gift but that's about it. He's okay with celebrating but he's also very much okay with spending the evening with you alone.
Donnie: No matter how busy Donnie's life is ... he didn't forget your birthday. He got a gift, a cake and set up something on a rooftop. Either a dinner or just a few pillows so you could stargaze. He's determined to make this the best birthday you ever had.
