The first initial reaction from all of them would be disbelief / shock.
Leo: He would totally run after you. Right now you were his priority and he didn't care if he was intruding (running into his brothers room) or not. He needed to talk to you and apologize.
Raph: Raph would do what he does best in such situations - run away to the gym. He's angry and annoyed at himself and needed to get some steam off before talking to you.
Donnie: He'd sit there for a while until he got up. he wanted to storm into his brother's rom but decided not to. It wouldn't help anyone to be honest.
Mikey: He would sit there in complete distress. Now, he wouldn't cry per se, but he'd definitely be upset about it.
No matter the reaction, they'd want to talk about it and apologize for their behavior.
