Oh they would love this. They LOVE the water and would be absolutely amazed by this. Not only do they love water, they're literally turtles. If there's anything they love more than food it's water. They would probably be a bit scared at first, seeing as this is nothing quite normal (but then again, they're mutated turtles so what's normal, really?). Mikey would probably ask you do water bend all the time. He might as well giggle like a child and clap his hands. Leo is probably received that, if it ever came to fighting by the water and you were there, you would know how to protect yourself.
