First and foremost they would swallow their pride and try to comfort you as best as they could. They'd try to stop you crying, make a few jokes here and there, just anything to cheer you up. Might as well give you a long hug and kisses on your forehead. Yes, they were still angry but tried to not show it too much. You were their first priority.
Leo: He didn't show it but he was so goddamn disappointed. Not only in your family but also in himself. Did he really think people would accept him? Especially parents who loved her daughter more than anything?
Raph: FUCK THIS SHIT. Of course he couldn't just go to your home and punch everyone in the fact so he used a punching bag instead. Why did he agree to meet your parents? He should have known, he should've know better than that.
Donnie: He would hide in his lab (even more often than usual) and try to get his mind off of everything that went on. Distraction is the best and only answer for his problems. (Ironically he works best when he's upset and angry).
Mikey: He was actually quite upset about it. At first was scared to meet your family but then actually liked the idea of being close to them (maybe even becoming good friends with your siblings). He was hurt that they didn't like him for who he truly was and just saw the monster.
They would all stay away from your family as best as possible. If ... and that is a big if ... they ever wanted to meet your boyfriend, he'd be up for it. But not anytime soon, that's for sure.
