Honestly, they could do it every single day. But they won't. They have a bunch of other things to do (like training, fighting, inventing etc) so sometimes they don't have time, as weird as it sounds. Also, they would listen and watch out for their partner. Just because they could have sex every single day doesn't mean their s/o could. The boys are pretty good at putting their s/o's needs before their own.
