They would be absolutely concerned about you and your health. And it doesn't matter how they found out. Depending on the AU - and if their accepted in public or not - they would a) be at your games and here you on or b) sit in the lair and wait for your return. If it was a minor injury - like a cut or bruise - they usually didn't bother much, you were tough and could handle that. If it was something major (or something that could turn into something more / something that might be worse than it looks) like a bloody noise or bruised ribs, it's better to have it checked out at the hospital.
They were especially worried if they couldn't go to the hospital with you. Granted, they kept in touch with you but they weren't physically there. They'd love to hold your hand and tell you that everything will be fine. There was a small chance that you couldn't reach them in the first place due to a poor reception. Also, you probably had other things to worry about than calling your boyfriend to tell him you'd get x-rays done. To you it was no big deal. You could tell nothing was broken. Yes, you might have to stay the night just to be sure, but it wasn't like you were dying.
Once you got back home you can be sure that you boyfriend turns into your personal nurse, not leaving your side and annoying the shit out of you. But no matter what, you loved him and the fact that he cared so much about you.
