Mikey ... doesn't really think sometimes. Like he never thought that his "love for big boobs" would hurt anyone. Let alone you. He thought you knew he loved you - big boobs or not. He didn't think that it would actually hurt you. He was just joking about it and yes, while big boobs are nice, small ones are too. Maybe he should have mentioned that. Mikey should have vocalized that. Saying he likes small boobs too and that no matter the size, the only thing that matters is your heart. But like I said ... something he just doesn't think. To him it was nothing but a joke and a simple saying. He never wanted you to think that you're not good for him. Or that you're self conscious about something you can't change. If anything, he's not good enough for you. Or so he thinks. You're perfect while he's just ... a turtle. A turtle that's too stupid to realize how much he hurts you with stupid sayings like "oh I love big boobies!". God, he's such an idiot, isn't he?
When you told him you wanted to get breast implants he was puzzled. "What do you mean, breast implants? But why?!", he said. He liked your boobs. There was nothing to change about them. He might as well get a little frustrated because he doesn't understand it. He asks you whether you know about the risks of all. "It's a goddamn surgery", he said. A lot of things could go wrong, you'd be in so much pain afterwards. And what if you don't like them then? What if an implant just ... explodes?! Oh no no. Mikey is not having that. He doesn't want you to risk your life just for the sake of bigger boobs (he still hasn't made the connection, poor baby).
Tell him about it. Tell him why you want to do this. He will understand. And he will realize all the stupid things that sometimes come from his mouth. Jus because he likes larger breasts doesn't mean he doesn't love yours. They're beautiful and he wouldn't want to change them for anything in the world.
