Leo never thought he could get with a girl in the first place and when he found you, someone so gorgeous, he still couldn't believe it months later. Your make up was a part of you that, after a while, he didn't even realize it anymore. Apart form different eyeshadow colors of course. But then again, what does he know about different contours, blushes, concealers etc? To him it all looks the same and it looks beautiful on you. When he confronted you about all the make up (when he walked in on you) and you told him ... he honestly didn't know what to do. For the first time in your relationship he was speechless. Usually you'd get a flirty answer or a sassy comeback but now? You really felt self conscious about yourself and he knew deep down that no matter how many times he told you that you're beautiful with and without make up, it still wouldn't really change the fact that you're self conscious.
"Look, I can't force you to never wear make up again and I can't force you do change your habits but just know that no matter what you choose, I still think you're very pretty", he said.
"Th-Thank you", you said surprised and not knowing what else to say.
Yes, he could have been lying to mike you feel better but that just wasn't him. He'll always tell you how it is. Straight forward and without a bunch of crap.
It might not haven been much, but it made you feel safer. It just ... felt good to open up about it. Will you stop wearing make up for good? Sure as hell not. But at least you know that the one person you truly love won't ever judge you.
Leo then pulled you into a hug. He always hugs you as long as you want. He read somewhere that you never know what the other person is going through so you should let them end the hug whenever they're ready.
"How about I order pizza?", he asked.
"But ... I just got ready?!", you replied.
"I feel like cuddling. And being close to you", he smiled.
"Alright", you sighed and kissed him.
"Maybe ... we could go to a rooftop later one", Leo grinned and you sure as hell knew what he meant.
