Leo: I think it affected him more than he would admit. He wasn't annoyed or scared that Raph might steal his girl he was just ... surprised. Raph being friends with someone? That's a first. You'd often catch him stare at you in deep thoughts, probably wondering how in the hell Raph was able to hold up a friendship.
Raph: This couldn't be true. Wasn't it enough that Leo was better at everything anyways? Did he also have to be your best friend? Of course it was nice that you got along well with his brothers but ... Leo? Really? He would never ever tell you who to be friends with and who not but be prepared to get some looks on his part. He's always making sure that Leo is not making a wrong move.
Overall, there wouldn't be any fighting unless one of the brothers made a wrong move or caught feelings for you. It's probably nice to have your boyfriends brother as a good friend but please don't share any private things - like what you do in the bathroom or any other things. It wouldn't end well.
