Leo: He would totally play along and have a talk with your brother. "Yeah I can see you've got some guns there" *points at your brothers (non existent) biceps* "Remind me to never get into a fight with you".
Raph: Aaaah the cocky one of the bunch. "Ya think I can't handle this?". He'd grin at your bro but deep down he loves how loving and protective your brother is. Even though Raph is like 3 heads taller than him.
Donnie: He would be the understanding turtle. "Totally get it. I would do the same thing." He even has to kneel down for this. Now he finally knows why you're so feisty all the time, it runs in the family.
Mikey: "I would never hurt her. I swear!" He'd make your brother feel like he actually scared him. That Mikey is afraid to get hurt by him. He would then try his hardest to convince your brother that he only had good intentions.
