I could say the usual fluff like "they don't see your acne cause you're so beautiful anyways". Truth is, yes while you ARE beautiful, they're not blind. They see the spots, scarring and eventual cream you put on there. They can also tell you're very self conscious about it. Tell them why. Why you think they shouldn't kiss you on those places, why you think it's disgusting and why you got it in the first place. Could be genetics, or the occasional stress, hormones. They will respect your wish to not be kissed there even though they'll tell you that it doesn't bother them. They would also never mention it since it makes you even more insecure.
