Of course, Cassie told Izzie. The fact that Alex cheated on her, apparently she had a catch when she spotted Olivia later that day. The past week has been a blur, once the quints were born she was in charge of Kate, the only one to die was Izzie's, Emily. She felt bad for Izzie, and so did Meredith and George, which is why their house is currently Winter Wonderland. A giant tree in the center decorated with lights and ornaments and garlands. 

"Looks like Santa throw up in here," George commented when he and Meredith saw it for the first time.

"She's been doing this all day," Cassie told them sipping her decaf coffee, "Just...go with it."

Meredith nodded, "We're being supportive."

"Oh, hey!" Izzie noticed Meredith and George's appearance. "What do you think? Did I go too overboard? Oh, I know. I know sometimes I can go a little overboard." 

Cassie's brain kept going, yes. Instead, she said, "Fabulous." George and Meredith went with it too, expressing their "love" for the Winter Wonderland.

"Oh, yay!" Izzie cheered, "I love Christmas."

"We know." The three all seem to agree at the same time. Izzie ran off the decorate the mantle that was hanging all their stockings. Izzie continued to look back at them with a wide grin.

"I'm gonna go kill myself," Cassie joked, "good night."

"Look at her belly," George told Cassie, Meredith, Izzie, Cristina, and Alex as they followed Bailey around. "She's almost as wide as she is tall."

Meredith's eyes looked down at Bailey's feet, "Are her ankles swollen? Is that why she's waddling?"

"What gonna happen to us when she goes on leave?" Izzie questioned.

"Leave? Leave? She's going on leave?" Cristina worried.

Cassie then said, "In case you didn't know, there is something called maternity leave after the baby is pushed out of the vagina."

George giggled, "Do you think we're gonna get a new resident?"

Alex then made his first joke of rounds, "Nah, they'll probably just let us all wander around unattended to see how much damage we can do."

"Yeah, well, you would know," Izzie told him. Cassie bit her lip to keep from laughing. Izzie then changed the subject, stepping in front of the group, "Hey, you guys, we should all get together and get Bailey a Christmas gift for the baby, or we could organize some sort of Secret Santa thing."

Cristina, fed up as the rest of them, but unaware of their support for Izzie no matter what when it comes to Christmas policy, told Izzie, "Listen, Tiny Tim, you can take your--"
