Cassie tugged her white coat closer. The feeling of vulnerability surrounds her as if tugging the coat closer will hide that feeling. She just feels exposed all the time lately, she knows why, but she just feels naked all around. Like everyone's eyes are on her, but their eyes aren't. Only Alex's eyes. Cassie feels them on her, she knows he's looking at her, but not the way she wants. Guilt. The worse part is he's kind of the only person that gets her humor. When the most humorous thing happens--Dr. Shepherd punches out Dr. Mark Sloan while he's talking to Meredith--she can't even talk to him. At least not directly.

Izzie, George, Alex, Cristina, and Cassie peered in on the room where Dr. Sloan was stitching his own face. A job Meredith was supposed to be doing, but now she's just holding a mirror. "Why is he suturing his own face?" George questioned.

"To turn me on," Cristina answered.

Alex answered, "Because he's Mark Sloan. He's like the go-to plastic surgeon on the east coast."

George then loudly whispered, "That's the guy Addison was sleeping with?"

Cassie turned around, placing her elbows and resting her head on her hands on the Nurses' Station counter, "Why?" George's head turned and Alex's eyes land on her face, "You jealous, George?"

Alex turned to George, "Yeah, you jealous, Georgie?" Cassie found it funny that this was the closest the had interacted since their last conversation consisting of the words "you said it."

George stood back trying to pull of being bewildered by their comments, "Me, jealous, no, no." Cassie raised her eyebrows, "I am not jealous!" He insisted.

Cassie just nodded her head, "Whatever you say."

Meredith exited the room leaving Mark Sloan in it, she stood in between George and Alex and told the group of interns, "McSexy wants an X-ray to check for fractures, and I think it's a bad idea if a take him."

George whipped his head around, "Why? Why?" Alex dismissed himself from the group saying he would take him to get checked. George bowed his head before he asked, "Why is it a bad idea?"

"McSexy?" Cristina questioned.

"No?" Meredith asked Cristina nodded. 

Izzie lifted her head up from her hand. She scrunched up her face thinking before she proposed, "McYummy."

"No," Meredith, Cristina, and Cassie denied shaking their heads.

Cassie slid her elbows down the counter towards the girls, moving closer to them. "McHottie?" Cassie suggested. She laid her head down on her arms, squeezing up her face.

George then leaned down towards her head and whispered roughly, "Cassie." At her involvement in the McSuggestions. Sure, Cassie wanted the best for
