You were laying down in your cell. The bed was uncomfortable, so you kept tossing and turning. After interrogating you for hours they gave up and put you in here.
Then you hear a tapping on one of your walls. It's the wall on the outside. You listen for a moment and realize it's Morse Code. They're telling you to get away from the wall.
You press yourself against the bars across from the wall. Then it explodes. You smile as you see Dabi standing there, smirk on his face. "What are you doing standing around?" He asks.
You roll your eyes and run. Together you run for it. You can the sounds of pursuit from behind you.
You make it all the way back to the bar without being caught. Of course the moment you walk in your brother lets loose, yelling at you, but you ignore him and head to your room.
