 Hi everyone. As I said in my last post, I am going to be sharing my list of things that trigger my anxiety. It is quite long and I'm still going to be adding to it as time goes on. If you guys can relate to anything, or have any questions about why certain things stress me out, comment or PM me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. 

 Here's my list:

1. Changes (environment, relationships...)

2. Lack of sleep

3. Leaving people I love

4. Not enough time alone

5. Neglecting my time with God

6. New unexpected challenges

7. Really loud noises (Mostly balloons popping)

8. Being too busy

9. Work/information overload

10. New things 

11. Too many people in a smaller space (makes me feel claustrophobic)

12. Feeling sick

13. Feeling like I'm not loved or accepted

14. Feeling lonely

15. Being afraid of failing at an important task

16. Not trusting God

17. Overwhelming  situations

18. Chaos

19. Being alone in the dark

 As you can see I have a lot of things that stress me out and I hope to slowly overcome some of them and work on casting everything on God because that's really what we as Christians should be doing. We should be trusting God with everything in our lives, no matter how big or small. I'm still on the road to trusting God with it all but I know that the more I learn to trust, the more free I will be to spread God's amazing love with others.
