Chapter 14

I know I said I wouldn't update this at all this weekend, but I  couldn't help myself!

I screamed as I fell to my knees, holding my head as it felt like part of me was being torn away from me.

I vaguely heard my brothers, sisters, and parents run into the room over the loud ringing in my head.

Someone picked me up, I whimpered as i stared at the ground in longing, it was so peaceful down there, the ringing is louder up here., though and I hated every minuet of it!

I turned my head and glared a Josh, only for a few seconds before pain overcame my body once again.

I screamed and thrashed in Josh's arms before for a few minutes before I was gently set  down onto the forest floor outside my parents house, deep into the woods in their  backyard.

I winced as a pain slowly started in my chest, before dulling quickly.

I thought it was over, I really did, but a part of me knew it hasn't even started yet.

I sat there for a few minutes, staring up at the clear blue sky and breathing deeply.

And then it started.

It started with my pinkie, breaking into tiny shards of bone, then my ring fingers, my middle fingers, and so on until every bone in my arms were shredded. Then it started in my toes, going up my body up to my ribs. I screamed as I felt each one of my ribs breaking one by one, it felt like I couldn't breath.

My spine finally cracked, causing unbearable pain throughout my body.

But there was still one thing that hadn't cracked yet.

My skull.

As soon as the thought entered my head, I heard more than felt the crack as it felt like my skull was split in half.

I was conscious through all of this, though I have no idea why.

I saw a flash of white above me, seeing a flash of brown before it was gone.

A minute later, the flash appeared again.

Another thirty seconds later, again it appeared.

Then fifteen seconds later.

Seven seconds.

Three seconds.

And it finally stopped and I saw my wolf standing above me.

And then my mind was gone, I was gone and my world went black.
