"Oscaw! Tibewius! Thewe you awe!" Pietro's voice called out to the great horned owl and red tailed hawk. The pair, having had become close friends since Tiberius first joined the Council two years ago, smiled at each other as the young and silly turkey vulture landed on the maple tree branch they were on. The little brother of council member Pierre, Pietro had a good heart and a speech impediment. But everyone saw him as a friend and would talk to him without a problem. Smiling at the younger bird beside him, Oscar asked, "How are you today Pietro?"

"I'm okay. Just looking vow Viewwe. Have you two seen him?" Pietro replied. Oscar could only shrug his shoulders. Thinking for a moment, the great horned owl suggested, "Have you tried asking your father Hydra?"

"I can't vind him eithew."

"We'll help ya find them."

"Don't bother, I'm right here," Pierre spoke as he landed on a different branch. Happy to see his older brother, Pietro flew over to him and cried, "I vound you Viewwe! Awe you vwoud ov me?!" Looking down at his little brother, the bigger turkey vulture rolled his eyes and grumbled, "Dad and I were looking all over the place for you. Come on!" Without another word, he opened his wings and flew off. Pietro followed after saying goodbye to Oscar and Tiberius. Watching as the vultures left, Oscar turned to Tiberius and asked, "Speaking of siblings, where's your little sister at? I haven't seen her all day."

"Rosa told me she was going to help Dodger and Juno find some herbs for Maggie," Tiberius answered. Both birds recalled how the elderly osprey hadn't been feeling the greatest the last couple of months. However, Oscar seemed confused as he murmured, "I saw Dodger and Juno not too long ago before I bumped into you. They haven't seen Rosa." Worry already building up inside of him, the red tail was about to go off and find his little sister when they heard the sound of flapping wings coming towards them. Looking up, they found Eddie approaching. Landing on a branch that creaked a little under his weight, the massive bald eagle bowed his head to his fellow council members. "How are you guys?" he asked. Clearing his throat, Tiberius answered, "Fine I suppose."

"Well, I know you have to head back home soon Tiberius but Sleet's calling for a meeting at the Great Oak. Only the Tribe of the Heavenly Stars knows what's on her mind," Eddie informed both Tiberius and Oscar. The pair didn't need to be told twice as they followed the bald eagle. They could only wonder what was going on.
