"You are the greatest best friend I could ever ask for Tiberius..." Gidget whispered, crying her eyes out. Curled up beside the old red tailed hawk she had met that very day, she gently wrapped her paws around his neck and hugged him. The rest of the search party were gathered around them, crying tears of their own. Even Chloe was absolutely miserable. Tipping her head back and gazing up at the sky, she mumbled, "I wish I could take back everything I said about him. He actually wasn't that bad."

All of the sudden, Tiberius woke up gasping for air.

"Oh my god!" Buddy screamed. Falling backwards, Mel howled, "It's a zombie!" Sweetpea was so scared that his wings locked up and he fell on Norman conveniently. Poor Pops looked like he had a heart attack. Her fur puffing up in fear, Gidget exclaimed, "Tiberius?!"

"Where am I?! Is this the world of the living?!" Tiberius asked, coughing as he stumbled to his feet. Nobody answered either of his questions since they were all trying to get over their shock that he was somehow alive. Gidget luckily seemed to have gotten over hers very quickly as she jumped and hugged him. Her face partially buried by his feathers, she mumbled, "I thought I lost you..." Surprised, Tiberius relaxed and hugged her back as he murmured, "It's okay, I'm here."

"Oh great, you're alive," Chloe muttered. Her tears had disappeared and a frown was written on her face. Huffing, she walked away. Watching her, Tiberius whispered softly to Gidget, "Was she crying?" Snickering, the fluffy white Pomeranian nodded her head and spoke loud enough so Chloe could hear her, "Yeah, she was bawling her eyes out while she was wishing that she could apologize to you about everything."

"Shut up Gidget!" Chloe shouted.

Groaning as he woke up, Snowball looked around to find all of the Flushed Pets laying around beaten up. "What the freak happened here..." he muttered, getting up. At that moment, a tattooed pig, a bearded dragon and a muzzled boxer ran up onto the Brooklyn Bridge from the scaffolding. "Snowball, sir!" the pig shouted, "We have a situation with the two dogs!" Everyone rushed over to the side of the bridge just as the animal control van dropped down from the scaffolding, plummeting towards the river below.

"Max!" Gidget howled in horror.
