Harry's POV
I'm sitting in my car staring out the window still stunned at how Raven practically ignored me and then had the balls to drive away.
It just shocks me that such a small girl that is going through way too much can still manage to have some type of courage, even though she is afraid of Jonathan.
God I hate that guy he just doesn't know when to let things go. I was so pissed when Keith told me that he showed up at her house and tried to kill her. I mean it's like this guy has some type of death wish that he wants me to grant.
He knows that I'm watching out for Raven yet he's still being a dumbass. Some people just don't know when to leave well enough alone.
I jump when I hear my phone ringing. I don't bother checking to call ID not caring who it is. They pulled me out of whatever daze I was in.
"Hello." I don't hear anything.
"Hello?" I ask again. I stay on the phone a little longer hoping someone will say something.
Annoyed and a bit aggravated I end the call and pull out of the empty school parking lot.
As I'm driving down the road I hear my phone ring again. I roll my eyes and let out a deep breath as I answer the call.
"Hello." I am met yet again with silence.
"Look I don't know who the hell this is, but stop calling my phone if you're not gonna say anything." Right as I'm about to hang up the phone I hear a low chuckle.
"Your friends with Raven, right?" I hear a deep masculine voice ask me.
"Yes." I draw out my answer a little bit. I don't really know if we're friends, but I'm protecting her so I think I have every right to say we are.
"Aren't you suppose to be protecting her?" The voice asks in a curious tone.
"I am protecting her you dipshit." I roll my eyes as I stop at a red light.
"Well I hope she doesn't burn to death." My eyes widen when I hear what's he's said.
"What are you talking about?" I frantically ask.
The line goes dead.
I pull over into a nearby gas station and decide to call the number back. I look through my call logs and see that the guy called me from a blocked number so I can't call back for an answer.
I throw my head back and try to think.
Who could I call that would know where she is.
Then I remember she lives in front of me now. I can call one of the boys and ask if they see her car and if they don't then I can go to her old house and send one of the boys to Jade's house. I pull out my phone and call Louis since I know he is at at the house.
The phone rings twice before Louis answers.
"Hey Harry. Where are you?"
"I just got this really weird call that has to do with Raven. Can you tell me if she is at the her house?"
"You mean the one across the street?" I roll my eyes. How can he be so dumb.
"Yes Lou. Hurry up and tell me." I hear him mumble something as he opens the front door.
"No she isn't there. Why are you asking?" I start up my car and pull onto the road heading the opposite way of my house.
"The call I got said something about Raven burning to death. I don't know what it means, but I don't have a good feeling about it. Send Niall to Jade's house and see if she's there. If she isn't all of you need to go to Raven's old house. Got it?" I ask hurriedly.
"Yeah, yeah. I got it. We will be there soon." I hang up the phone and throw it onto the passenger seat as I speed over to Raven's house. Praying that it's not in fire.
Five minutes later I'm rushing down Raven's old road and see flames in the air.
I park my car across the street and run towards her house not bothering to close my car door.
As I'm running I am tackled by some random guy.
"You can't go in there. Don't you see the damn house is on fire!" He yells at me.
I push him off of me and get to my feet.
"There is someone in there and I'm NOT gonna let her die!" I yell as I'm running towards the front door.
I kick the door down knowing that it would be useless if I tried to open it with the door knob.
I tun down the hall and do a quick scan of the living room. As I'm heading to the dining room to see if she's there I hear a low scream for help.
Turning around I rush up the stairs and practically choke from the amount of smoke that I'm inhaling.
I reach Raven's old room and break it down. I have to repeatedly kick the door before it falls off it's hinges.
I try to look around the room, but I can't see due to all the smoke. I take a step into the room and see a bright red shirt at the very end of the bed. Coming to my senses I realize that it's Raven. She was wearing a red shirt today that fit her body exceptionally well.
I shake my head to rid myself of Raven's top and rush over to her.
"Raven. Raven wake up." I shake her hoping she will wake up.
"Raven!" I yell. "Raven wake up!" When Raven doesn't wake up I pick her up bridal style and take a deep breath. I breath in nothing, but smoke.
I push myself up off the floor and head towards the door very carefully.
I look down the stairs and see that the fire has made it's way to the living room, so I'm gonna have to be even more careful especially since I'm holding an unconscious Raven.
When I'm half way down the steps I slip and fall the rest of the way down. I try to shield Raven from getting hurt, but I wasn't fast enough.
When we land on the floor at the bottom of the stairs I turn over and try to find Raven. I look for a good minute before I see her lying on the floor not to far away from me with blood on her the side of her head.
I use what little strength I have left to stand back up and reach down to get Raven. Once I pick her up I take two steps before falling to the floor from the lack of strength, but mainly from the lack of Oxygen.
As I struggle to breath I pull Raven into my chest trying to keep her away from any flames that may be near. Seconds after I pull Raven into me I hear sirens and pass out from all the smoke in my lungs.
