Today was the day. It was a full moon tonight, a perfect symbol of this important day. Hana was restless, she honestly didn't even wanna go near the well with the others, but something in her did want to. She remembered how her mother always spoke of this day, maybe that's why she wanted to be there.

"Hana come on!~" She looked to see Yoshifumi had walked into her room trying to jump onto her bed.

"I'm coming kiddo." She said before sitting up and getting off the bed.

"Do you think we'll see Inuyasha? He sounds so cool!" Yoshifumi asked excitedly. Hana's thoughts snapped back to Kagome's writing for a moment.

"I... don't know." She whispered. She flinched feeling him take her hand.

"You ok? You look super tired." Hana sighed.

"I always look like this kiddo." She muttered making him frown.

"Come on you two it's almost time!" Anno called running outside. Yoshifumi dragged Hana outside where the whole family was with tables set up, many colorful lanterns, and lots of food.

"There you are!" Hana's father said with a bright smile. Yoshifumi instantly ran over to the sweets.

"Oh no, you don't." Hana's father scooped up Yoshifumi making him whine playfully.

"Please uncle Kasai?~" Hana sighed then looked to the building that held the well, the doors were wide open with lanterns, candles, carvings, and other things in it.

"It's so pretty!~" Anno said, proud of her and her family's work.

"Hana, hun, you look tense." Hana looked to see her grandmother, Yanai.

"Mmn." Hana hummed looking back at the well.

"Are you nervous?" Yanai asked putting a hand on her granddaughter's shoulder.

"I dunno." Hana whispered.

"Hana look!" Yoshifumi said pointing.

"Chocolate Mochi, your favorite!" Hana looked over with sparkling eyes.

"Yes!~" She cheered making her father laugh.

"You're a bad example for kids." Hana puffed her cheeks.

"I'm not a kid, so I get to slip past a couple of rules." He laughed.

"Oh really?" She gave him her best puppy eyes.

"Ugh, fine, only because it's a special night!" She ran over hugging him.

"Thanks, papa.~" She said before skipping over to the table taking one and popping it in her mouth with a smile.

"Just like Nitta!~" Anno said laughing and popping a strawberry one in her mouth.

"Oh yea, little sis LOVED chocolate ANYTHING!!" Yoshifumi's mother, Fujima, said taking a strawberry one as well.

"Hey, that's no fair mama!" Yoshifumi whined.

"Mama has an excuse, she's pregnant.~" Fujima explained giggling, Anno laughed at this.

"Then how do I get pregnant?" I nearly choked on my Mochi while Anno busted up laughing nearly falling while Fujima sat there silent.

"What on earth?" Yanai asked walking over.

"Did... our son just say he wants to be pregnant?" Yoshifumi's father, Yamaji, asked softly walking beside his wife.

"If mama gets to eat sweets all she wants because she's pregnant then yeah!" He said. Anno lost it falling on the ground nearly choking with laughter.

"Hun, boys can't get pregnant." Hana said after she stopped the Mochi from nearly choking her.

"HOW IS THAT FAIR?!?!" Fujima laughed.

"It's not as easy as you think!" Hana sighed grabbing a few Mochi and walking away from this odd scene. She's still not used to being around such a big family, her favorites by far are her grandmother and baby cousin. She once again looked at the well as she munched on her Mochi.

'Even though she said not to, I'm so curious. Kagome, why didn't you leave more details?' Hana finally gave in and walked over to the well's hut. She looked inside and smiled.

'For being a 'Bone Eater's well' it's not even creepy.' She thought before walking over to the well swallowing her last Mochi. She dusted her hands off before seeing the many talismans on the well's hatch thingy.

"Hmm."

"It's midnight!~" Anno cheered making everyone else cheer as well, poppers going of and such outside.

"Come on let's see if the well is going to open!" She heard laughter and such before people crowded the door.

"Well someone beat us to it.~" She heard Anno tease making her huff.

"Well, better early than late." She muttered before leaning against the wall next to her father. A few minutes went by, nothing, an hour, nothing.

"Maybe not." Anno muttered making everyone sigh.

"Well, then we should head in." Kasai said stretching. Hana nodded getting off the wall.

'Go.' Hana tensed hearing what sounded to be an odd mangled female's voice.

"You ok hun?" Kasai asked worried as to why his daughter suddenly tensed.

'Go.' She heard it again. She shook her head.

"Yeah sorry." She said before stretching, then she relaxed letting out a sigh.

"We should sleep." Kasai muttered softly.

'Don't be afraid, go.' Hana tensed again, then she glanced back at the well.

"Is there something wrong with it Hana?" Yanai asked walking up to her.

"You seem to keep staring at it." She added. Hana didn't say anything when she turned walking over. She looked at the talismans again.

'Go to him.' Hana blinked a few times trying to figure out why she was hearing this. She reached out touching one of the talismans. Hana jumped back when it caught fire, everyone else gasped while Yoshifumi jumped behind his dad scared. One by one the talismans burned, yet nothing else did which confused everyone who had run outside for safety. Hana hesitated but reached out to the hatch door, only her finger made contact before it flew open making her jump back again, then a soft pink glow came from the well.

"What the?" Hana said before walking over, looking inside.

"Hana." Yanai spoke behind her so she looked back.

"You opened it." Hana looked back at the well.

'Go.'

"How?" She muttered.

'Go.'

"I'm not sure, but it must have been you!"

'Go.'

"Why?" She muttered once more.

"Hmm, I am unsure of that as well."

'Go.'

"Hana?" Yanai put a hand on her shoulder.

"You ok?" Hana sighed.

"Yeah, just kinda... weird." She muttered before turning away and yawning.

"Well uh, it opened, so he's free I guess." She said running her fingers through her fingers. Yoshifumi screamed before everyone yelled for Hana to move. Before she could she felt like she was yanked back and down into the water of the well. She closed her eyes tight feeling the cold water engulf her as she was dragged down, but suddenly she felt like she was just floating. She slowly opened her eyes before her mouth fell open, she didn't feel or look like she was in water no more. She looked around as she took in a much-needed breath due to her not being able to take one when she was dragged in here. She looked to be floating in space, it felt warm, and she soon grew sleepy.

'Go to him, heal what we broke.' Everything grew dark.
