~Chapter 52~

It was almost midnight, Inuyasha wondered what the hell was happening and how he'd explain this to his brother. Hana had fallen asleep using his arm as a pillow curled up in the chair leaving him with her father alone. He was watching tv thankfully so it wasn't too awkward. Suddenly, Inuyasha flinched hearing an odd tone. Kasai quickly dug in his pocket pulling out a weird slate.

"Hello?" Inuyasha wore a confused look. He heard another voice coming from it, Yanai?

"Will Hana and Inuyasha be able to come?" He asked.

"Ok, I need to wake Hana then we'll be up." Inuyasha sighed softly before moving his arm.

"Hmm?" Hana hummed.

"Wake up Hana." She let out a long yawn before slowly sitting up.

"When did I fall asleep?" She whispered.

"A bit ago." He answered before standing up and pulling her out of her chair knowing she was still half asleep.

"Come on guys, Fujima's waiting." Hana instantly perked up.

"The baby's here?!" She squealed happily before her father slapped his hand over her mouth shushing her.

"It's late!" Hana let out a mumbled 'sorry' before Kasai took his hand away. A few people in the room let out soft giggles and chuckles making Kasai sigh heavily.

"Let's go." With that, they walked out. They walked down a couple of halls before finally reaching the room.

"Quiet, Hana." Kasai scolded before opening the door walking in. Inuyasha closed the door gently behind him as Hana quietly walked over.

"Aww, look.~" She cooed softly making Fujima smile though she was obviously tired.

"A baby girl, we've named her Aika." She said looking up at Hana.

"Hey, Inu, she has a similar name to Aia." She said looking over.

"U-Uhn." Hana puffed her cheeks before walking over making him come closer.

"Isn't she adorable?" Hana asked looking up at Inuyasha. She was surprised by how curious he looked.

"Did she attach well?" Kasai asked.

"Surprisingly, yeah. Way faster than even Yoshifumi." Yamaji said.

"Damn." Hana looked back at Aika, then she saw her already trying to open her eyes, but barely.

"Whoa, already?" She asked amazed.

"You've never met a newborn, have you?" Fujima asked with a giggle.

"No, but I've seen babies before." Hana said.

"Wanna hold her? She's a bit fussy though so don't feel bad if she starts crying again." Hana's eyes sparkled.

"Can I?" She asked.

"Do you know how?" Fujima asked.

"She was teaching Inuyasha with a 'jacket baby' when I got here, so yeah." Kasai said with a soft laugh making the others laugh too.

"Lemme wash my hands." Hana chirped before going over to the sink.

"So what happened?" Kasai asked.

"Her contractions were pushing on Aika's face almost suffocating her." Yamaji explained making Inuyasha perk up.

"Holy shit." Kasai whispered.

"I didn't even feel a difference." Fujima pointed out.

"If it were for Inuyasha noticing, we would have never known." Yanai pointed out, putting a hand on his shoulder.
