Guys... thank you so so much for the unbelievably sweet support reset is getting. I've been doubting this story so many times before and it's chapters like this one that really make me dislike writing it but... I've also spent two and a half years on this already and it's because of you that I haven't given up and won't!! I love you guys so much. Six chapters to go after this one. Jesus. What a ride.

It'd been three days since Jimin and Hoseok met up. Yoongi, however, didn't know that. All he knew was that his best friends would come over soon to 'talk'. About what, he had no clue.

Moonsun had been at his place yesterday, and two days before that he had gone to hers. They spent a lot of time together; mostly, she asked him if he wanted to hang out and he just said yes. The sex was good and other dating activities were trivial enough to distract him from the fact that her proximity often times made him uncomfortable, and once he went home again he pushed those thoughts far, far away; he didn't want to think about it, at least not until he absolutely had to.

Hoseok came over in the late afternoon. He had a sixpack of beer with him that Yoongi gratefully accepted; he didn't drink often anymore. Not that he ever had, but back when he and Jimin had still been dating the whole group often went out to pubs and clubs on the weekends. It had been a nice distraction from the stress they all had to endure during the week; working and university. The last time Yoongi had gone out was with Seokjin, the night he met Moonsun, which was already while ago.

"So," Yoongi asked once he had Hoseok had settled on the couch, both a beer in hand, "How're you?"

"Good, good," Hoseok said, "A bit stressed."

"Aren't we all?"

"University just sucks."

They fell into easy conversation after that as they drank their beers. Complaints about professors and assignments and upcoming exams. Yoongi had to study a lot; he had slacked a bit over the past few weeks, but he was relieved to find out that Hoseok had done so, too.

"I think we all have," his friend said, "That's why none of us leave their houses anymore."

Yoongi chuckled dryly and took a sip of his beer. "That's one way of putting it."

He immediately regretted it. Of course, Hoseok knew what he was talking about right away. He hadn't even wanted to bring the Jimin-topic up, yet he had, not even knowing why.

"Sorry," he mumbled right way, "Not sure why I said that."

"It's fine," Hoseok said, sounding oddly content, "Actually, I wanted to talk to you about something related to that anyway." And when Yoongi only threw him a confused glance, he continued, "I met up with Jimin three days ago."

"Oh."

"Yeah." Hoseok nodded, tugging at a feather peaking out of a pillow lying on the couch. "I know, we keep talking about this, but–"

"Which is annoying, indeed."

"I think it's necessary." Now, Hoseok looked up and their eyes met. He seemed serious. Yoongi sighed.

"What is it?"

"Did you talk?"

"About what?"

"You know what."

Yoongi knew. Yet, he shrugged, just to be contrary. "No, I don't."

He hadn't even told Hoseok about Moonsun. As soon as the realization hit him guilt filled his stomach.

"Okay, let me put this in a different way." Hoseok cleared his throat and shifted around on the sofa until he found a comfortable way of sitting. It was then that Yoongi knew it would be a long discussion.
