Helloooo I know I'm two days late :( it was my grandma's birthday on Thursday and yesterday I had to pack a lot of stuff bc I'm moving soon... anyway, there weren't any chapters for like a month because I was on vacation! But I'm back and will update this biweekly again :)

When Yoongi opened his eyes, it was because of the brightness in his room. A glance at the window quickly made him realize that he had forgotten to draw the curtains the night before.
The next thing he noticed was the dull headache. He groaned and rubbed his eyes – the faint, disgusting taste of alcohol in his mouth brought back the memories from the previous night.Something moved next to him. He blinked, saw long, black hair – wait.
He sat up so abruptly that the girl lying next to him startled awake.
Moonsun, Yoongi remembered when he looked at the unfamiliar face. No matter how much time he had spent last night looking at her, he simply couldn't get used to her, especially not the sight of her lying next to him in bed. Why?
She blinked tiredly and smiled when she caught him staring at her. "Good morning."
"Morning," Yoongi replied. Her makeup was smudged; she hadn't removed it yesterday.
"What?" Moonsun asked amusedly when Yoongi didn't avert his eyes from her, "'s there something on my face?"
Yoongi raised his eyebrows. "Actually, yeah." He reached out and rubbed away the mascara from underneath her eyes. Then, almost subconsciously, his hand wandered down and cupped her cheek. Moonsun's eyes widened. She started laughing."Wow," she said, "So smooth." Then, she leaned forward and kissed Yoongi.
It wasn't Yoongi's intention. Not really. Yet, he didn't move away. Maybe, just maybe the feeling of someone else's lips on his was something he could get used to. Or, at the very least he should give it a try.
When Moonsun broke the kiss again and hovered right above him, only mere centimeters between their faces, Yoongi couldn't help but caress her skin.
"Would you like to stay for breakfast?" he asked quietly. Moonsun's eyes lit up.
"And then?"
"Hm, I don't know... maybe we could go out for coffee."
Moonsun nibbled on her bottom lip. She pretended to think.
"Actually, no," she said eventually, a hint of amusement lacing her voice. Yoongi cocked one eyebrow up.
"Let's go to a skate park instead."
Yoongi almost laughed. "Skate park?" he huffed, "Who do you think I am?"
"Well, apparently not a skater," Moonsun said with a grin, then she pecked Yoongi's lips and got up. She was only wearing her black panties, nothing else. She threw a glance over her shoulder at Yoongi and chuckled.
"I'll teach you how to skate," she said, picked up Yoongi's white shirt that was lying on the floor and put it on. Yoongi watched in amazement."Also, if you keep staring I'll charge you money," was the last thing Moonsun said before leaving the bedroom to go to the bathroom.

During their breakfast, Yoongi learned a lot of things about Moonsun.
"So, you're skating," he remembered once they both sat down. She chewed on a sandwich while Yoongi drank his usual black coffee.
"Yeah, since I was twelve," Moonsun replied, "My older brother always took me to the skate park whenever he had to babysit me."
"And what else do you do?" Yoongi asked, "University, or...?"
"I'm studying physics. As a kid I always wanted to become a soccer player when I grew up but luckily I chose a much more realistic career."
Yoongi chuckled. "Soccer player could be your hidden identity." Moonsun laughed. She had a nice laugh – different from Jimin's, though. She didn't laugh with her entire body, and she covered her mouth with her hand. Jimin never did that.Yoongi frowned at his thoughts.
"Tell me more about you," he said, "Like... what is your favorite color?"
"My favorite color?" Moonsun asked, "Purple, I suppose."
"Purple," Yoongi repeated quietly, "Interesting."
"What's yours?"
Yoongi thought for a few moments. He took a sip of his coffee. What was his favorite color? He had never really thought about it.
"I don't know," he said and shrugged, "Black, maybe?"
"Black," Moonsun giggled, "Don't say 'Like my soul,' please."
Yoongi grinned. "Wasn't going to."
He tried to remember Jimin's favorite color. Perhaps blue. Or was it green? Why did Yoongi feel bad for not knowing?"Now, Yoongi," Moonsun pulled her legs up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. She watched Yoongi with a curious expression. "What does a person like you do at a club?"
"I could ask you the same thing," Yoongi said because it was true; Moonsun didn't fit into clubs. She didn't like dancing, she hadn't enjoyed herself yesterday and had agreed to going home with Yoongi right away.
"It's easy," Moonsun said with a shrug, "My friends thought I needed a little bit of fun. They think I'm too uptight and wanted me to meet someone nice." She took a bite of her sandwich. "Seems to have worked."
Yoongi smiled softly. Seemed to have worked, indeed.
"Uptight," he repeated, "I don't think you're uptight."
"They think I am," Moonsun said, "University keeps me busy and my last relationship is already a while ago. Maybe that's why they think so." She rested her chin on her knees and looked at Yoongi with her big, dark eyes. "Now, what about you?"Yoongi looked down into his coffee mug. Should he tell her about Jimin?
"One of my friends dragged me there," he started, still unsure about how many details he should include, "He... thought I needed some distraction."
"From what?"
From him, Yoongi thought, From Jimin. Because everything is always about Jimin and it shouldn't be.
He felt sick. A frown formed on his face.
"Someone who... used to be very dear to me," he said, not meeting Moonsun's eyes, "But they're not part of my life anymore, and it's better this way."
"Then why are you sad?" Moonsun asked. Yoongi looked at her; she seemed nervous.
"I'm not sad," Yoongi told her, "It's just... we dated for so long, and sometimes it's weird without them. But... I think I'm better off this way."He was surprised to see a sad smile on Moonsun's lips.
"You think so," she said, "That's... nice..."
"I know it," Yoongi corrected himself although it was useless now, "We always fought and it really weighed down on me mentally. But it's better now that he is gone."
Moonsun was quiet. She glanced down at her sandwich, then she pushed the plate away.
"But you're still thinking about him," she stated. Yoongi shook his head once.
"Not for the time we've been together," he said, and it was only partly a lie. Moonsun had made Jimin disappear from his head for a long time, but not entirely. He was always there, at the back of his mind, waiting for the right moment to come out again.
But Moonsun smiled, so Yoongi figured it was worth the lie.
"You're smooth," she said, then she reached over the table and grabbed a piece of paper and a pen that were lying there. Yoongi watched her as she scribbled down a few numbers and her name underneath, then she slid the paper over to Yoongi.
"Text me," she said and got up, "So I can teach you how to skate."Yoongi stared at the paper in amazement as she went into his bedroom to get dressed. When she returned, he walked her to the door, and he even kissed her goodbye.
Before he closed the door, he caught one last look at her smile, a smile that didn't make her eyes disappear and didn't show her teeth, so unlike the smile of a boy that didn't stop tormenting Yoongi's mind, no matter what, and quite frankly, Yoongi wondered if he ever could forget Park Jimin.
