Just a Memory.

Chapter 46

-Liams pov-

Laying on this bed listening to Camille and Kacie go back and forth about this trip, and I'm here replaying what happened 2 days ago. Harry's name rolling off her tongue, calling me Harry. If this happens once, what makes you think that it might happen again! I'm not going to ask her what happened because she'll just shut me out or shut me up. She'll tell me when she's ready, right?

"Ok I'm going to grab a water bottle, and then we can get going!" I heard Camille say. I turned my head to the wall and sighed quietly. I sat up and grabbed my boot to start getting ready to leave. I felt the bed move and felt a pair of small arms wrap around me.

"What's wrong?" Kacie asked me.

"Nothing, I'm just putting my shoes on Kac."

"You seem upset.." She said quietly.

"Well I'm not so stop thinking that I am." I said to her, turning my head and flashing her a smile. She kissed my cheek and got off the bed. I looked up at her when my shoes were on and gave her another smile. I got off the bed and walked up to her and wrapped my arms around her.

"I'm going to miss you." I said to her softly.

"It's only a week, but I'll miss you too." She said back to me.

"Hurry up!?" We heard Camille yell at us. We giggled and grabbed the last few things and the together the three of us made our way to the airport.

I watched her plan leave, I watched my fiancé leave England, I watched my best friend leave to support her friend in Chicago.

"Liam?" Louis asked patting my back. I turned to look at him and smiled at him.

"What's up, Louis?" I asked him.

"You seem.... Out of it?" He asked as Zayn and Niall walked up behind him.

"Yeah mate, you do seem out of it. Is it 'cause she's gone for so long?" Niall asked, placing his arm around Zayn's waist, Zayn placing his around Niall's shoulders. I let out the air that I didn't know I was holding and took a seat at the bench that was just a few meters away. I placed my head in my hands and just stayed there for what seems like ages.

"Liam?" Louis asked again, rubbing my back as he sat next to me.

"I don't know what to do." I said quietly.

"What happened?" He asked.

"Did she cheat?" Niall asked.

"Is she cutting again?" Zayn asked.

"No! No she didn't cheat and... Well I hope she's not doing that again." I said lifting my head to look at my friends.

"Then what's the problem mate?" Zayn asked.

"The other day something cause Kacie to imagine him."

"Him?" Louis asked.

"Harry."

"Oh, well how does it make you feel?" He asked me.

"Fine, yet concerned, if I wasn't the one she calls Harry."

"Wait. So let me get this straight," Niall started. "Kacie hallucinated Harry being with her when it was really you?" I nodded my head to confirm his confusion.

"That's. Wow, I don't know what to say Liam." Zayn started as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"I'm wondering if it's her medication? I don't know. I'll need to talk to her doctors later." I said standing up.

"Well, let one of us come with you then we can all meet up for dinner and go out for drinks or something." Louis suggested.

"I guess... Yeah let's do that it's been a while since I've been with you guys." I smiled at them.

"The plans settled! I'll go with Liam to the doctors and then we can all meet back at my place!" Louis smiled. We all said our goodbyes and made our separate ways. Once Louis and I were in the car, he turned to me and gave me a look.

"What?" I asked turning on the car and heading to the doctors office.

"I'm just worried for both of you that's all. We can't have her repeating 2 years ago." He said looking out the window.

"I know. I won't allow that to happen." I cringed at the memory of holding an almost lifeless Kacie, covered in her blood and my tears. "Let's just hope nothing triggers her while in chicago..." I said to him.

"Camille knows the drill. Already had this conversation with her." Louis confessed, trying to calm my nerves.
Hopefully this trip will have a good effect on her.

A/N: WOW OK THIS WAS KINDA BLEH. so I said I'd update before Halloween (American time for those who live in Europe and if you're from there HI HOW ARE YOU.) so thoughts?? :D you need to know this now: as long as Kacie is in Chicago every other chapter will be in Liam's point of view or someone else's!! So please pay attention to the point of view you're in! SNEEK PEEK: next one will be in Kacie's AND Camille's!!!!

Life update: ALEX RAMOS REPLIED TO ME TWO TIMES IN 24 HOURS I FUCKING CANT. OK. CANT. OTRA HASNT ANNOUNCED DATES FOR DALLAS AND ITS ANNOYING ME BECAUSE ITS MESSING WITH MY EVERYTHING.
I'm stressing myself out with this whole move shit. I slept until 3pm today and I just feel like pure shit...

Chapter question:
Do you think Kacie will have another mental breakdown in Chicago?

Idk when I'll update again. I feel like this chapter could have been so much better but oh well I'm happy with what I have written down!! Hope you guys have a SPOOOOOOOKY halloween!!

Side note: if this gets 3k reads (we're at 2.57k now -hides face and blushes-) I'll do a double update!! Many some motivation to share with friends and everything???
