February 14th Elsik High School Omniscient
Beyoncé rolled her eyes at all of the dumb ass Valentine's Day decorations that she had to see as she made her way through the school. Up until last week, this was actually her 3rd favorite holiday, after her birthday and New Year's Eve, of course.
Now all she wanted to do was rip all of the stupid hearts and shit off the wall. And that's exactly what she did when she got to her locker to see a pink glittery heart taped to it.
"Muhfuckas can't ask if they can put this shit on people's stuff?" Bey mumbles in annoyance.
"BeyBey!!" She couldn't help but smile slightly at the voice shouting her name. She turned to see Onika skipping down the hallway with a wide smile on her face.
"Hey, NikaBear." Bey responded with as big of a smile as she could. As Bey was placing her things in her locker, Nicki looked down at the ground and saw the tore up heart decoration. She had a feeling it was on Beyoncé's locker and that's why its ripped up and on the damn floor.
While Bey was digging through her backpack, she could feel Nicki glaring at the side of her face.
"Yes, love bug?" Bey turned and asked with an amused smile as the shorter girl stood with her hip popped out and an expecting look on her face.
"I want my present." Nicki whined as she stomped her foot to show her impatience.
Bey couldn't help but chuckle at her spoiled ass. Ever since they'd became best friends, it just became an unwritten tradition that they get each other a present on, well, any holiday really.
This was their third Valentine's Day together, so she already knew Tuesday night she needed to get her ass up and go get her best friend her gift.
"I want mine first because if it sucks, I'm taking yours back." Bey stated with her hand out. Nicki's cute but obnoxious cackle sounded while she threw her head back.
"Fine." Nicki bent down and dug through her backpack. She stood up with a rectangular box, wrapped in gold paper and held it out for Bey.
Bey tore the wrapping paper off and popped open the black velvet-y box. Inside was a gorgeous white gold bracelet that had her name in cursive in the middle, sparkling with clear diamonds. Bey looked up at Nicki with watery eyes and a wide smile. Nicki grabbed the bracelet and helped put it on Bey before they embraced in a tight hug.
Bey then handed Nicki her gift. The gift was flat, like the rectangled box had been, but it was in a larger square shape.
Nicki tore open the pink wrapping and popped open the red box. Her loud, excited squeal could've probably been heard throughout the entire school as she jumped up and down.
It was the Barbie necklace she had begged her mom to get her at Christmas. But because her parents were away so often, her mom forgot. Even though her parents got her more shit than she needed at Christmas, she really wanted the 25K gold necklace.
